CLE Transportation Company, Norwalk OH

I've recently joined the CLE Transportation Company, and I have only words of praise for these people! True professionals, very devoted to drivers and clients as well. I'm happy to be a part of this company!

CLE Transportation is a great company to work for. Ive been leased to them for five years come February 2022. The owners are great family to work for who care about their employees. The management team operations saftey are very easy to get along with. Cle is a hidden gem for drivers who like to be treated as a professional, if your willing to do you job in a safe proficient manner this is the place for you. Getting miles is not a problem at all, go with the flow of the program and you will be successful. The Transportation industry is a very demanding business in my 23 years of driving over the road this company makes it as easy as it can possibly be. The trucks and trailers are in great shape tires breaks lights all in safe working condition to keep you moving. If you're looking for a home this is the place. Like i said five years and looking forward to the next five!

Former driver here, left due to some health concerns that could have complicated my career if I stayed in a regional/otr capacity. CLE took amazing care of me in the near 4 years I worked for them. You always get treated fairly, issues get resolved as soon as possible and miles have never been an issue. I was consistently taking home good checks. That being said, expectations there were high in terms of productivity. It's a company where you are expected to work. But with that work comes great pay and benefits. Plus the owners are very hands on and always looking for ways to improve and remain competitive with other companies. If you're looking for a place to call home, submit an application and give the office a call.

Great company.don’t mind the negative comments but I understand everyone have there own opinions but don’t let that stop you from applying. As a driver here I can fully say that I really enjoy working here.

Female driver in truck number 9682 on Sunday afternoon southbound on interstate 69 was having a awfully difficult time keeping her truck straight in her Lane and several times across the white line. She then proceeded to Lane switch and when she did she cut off a car by about a foot and a half. Total disregard for people safety.

This has been by far the best company I have ever worked for the pay very good treat you like family and I have always got home when I asked!

This company is unlike any other. They care about the drivers. They know them by name, great pay, company covers health insurance, they give you miles and work with you when you need time off. They show so much respect for all of the staff including drivers. I would recommend working here to anyone.

As one of the newer CLE drivers, I hope that we are ALL focusing on being on time, that we are being careful with the freight and polite to the customers. If everybody is trying as hard as I do to accomplish those objectives (and I have no information telling me otherwise), then we are doing fine.

What I like about working for this company is that they do everything they can to help me be successful.) The miles are there, the equipment is new and well maintained, and my dispatcher and planners are really efficient.sometimes too efficient).

Very friendly staff, the recruiters (not called recruiters! Lol) are super friendly and have great personalities.

FYI: about any bad reviews, they are from people who probably did not read what they are signing. You can't complain if you signed and agreed to something you end up not agreeing with when it doesn't work out.

Sadly I left another job to start here only to see what they want you to sign, so I immediately left orientation. But no hard feelings.

If you have any issues they are willing to sit down and explain their side to you.

The owner Daniela is one of the kindest people I ever met in the industry. Very professional, and we are looking forward to doing business with them.

I've been a driver here for several months now and hands down this is one of the best companies for a driver to work with.

Amazing smaller carrier where family values are shared full circle. They care about their drivers, clients, and equipment.

Fantastic contract carrier. Fair rates. Exceptional service. Drivers are above and beyond professional. Tender rejection almost non existent in this day and age of capacity madness.

My husband has been a driver for this company for 8 years and speaks highly of the owner and his team! It is a family-oriented company that really looks out for their drivers. They strive for safety and succes within the company and its employees. The owner is always available and has an open door policy. He will work with you on any issues brought to his attention, be it personal or professional. Being a hard worker, my husband is compensated greatly for his dedication to the company and does not intend to leave any time soon!

Very good company to work with. Dispatch is responsive and truthful. They deliver 95% of my freight on time and consistently and if they are running late they communicate. Excellent customer service especially if mistakes are made. They own up to everything they do wrong. No excuses. Drivers are well trained and professional. Will keep using them especially on my critical volume shipments.

Would not recommend. Rude customer service and strange rules. There’s plenty of better paying companies out there
