CLE2 Amazon in Randall, OH

This is an honest review, I’ve been working with Amazon on and off for 5 years. This north Randall location is one of thee worst. I was wrongly fired because I currently suffer from chronic migraines. I explained this to on site HR, Erc and my manager Tracey. I never received any assistance or steps to saved my job. On site HR barley knew what to tell you. My Upt was in the negatives. My performance was low and I missed two days collectively. I can’t appeal my termination because I hadn’t been there over 90days. I tried to transfer to the dock and was denied. I hated the department I was in. I hated the overall culture at cle2. New hire classes every week and firing people every day. Amazon is another modern day plantation, you are just a number. They don’t care about you and your needs, it’s a business at the end of the day. Hey but good luck. If you’re in the pick department, let’s just say they will pick on you. Better move fast and or don’t have negative upt. Or you be gone like me. Dear cle2, this location is unfair, outdated, overly heated, criticizing, non couching, low vibrational, prejudice and favoritism. Machines always breaking down but you want us to work like robots. They literally fired me so fast they sent me a termination letter TWO weeks after I was fired. Which is something that takes 24hrs. This location put a bad taste in my mouth. Oh also you will never see “ voluntary time off“ if you work in pick.ciao

Long tedious hours but good pay. Some managers play favoritism and the security guards have a superiority complex so they'll be annoying to deal with.

Don’t ever gonna recommend to work here this facility will make your life hell nothing more the work pace is so terrible you can’t even take a proper break if u late even a sec from break they straight write you up always stand on hand and gonna make you work more than even they pay to you tbh it feels like hell in there due to this i suffered mental health issues got depressed all you stay inside the facility they will just rob you of all your rights

Work here night shift. Lots of opportunities for paid career degrees. If you're looking for consistent work with plenty of opportunities for overtime, this is a good place to start

I actually work at another facility and am here for 2 weeks doing cross training. I've had some great experiences with the learning team and the leadership team that I've met have all been great people. Very interesting operation here, much larger than the facility I currently work at. Looking forward to doing training here (and possibly working here) in the future

As a truck driver that comes here often most of the time I get in and out pretty smoothly, but whenever there is the slightlest inconvenience there is no way to fix it. People here always have their best “that’s not my problem” attitude and the automatization system is very flawed. So prey your load is ready waiting for you and you don’t need assistance of any kind.

Worst place in the whole country i stopped doing load for this place & i encourage everyone to do the same.

CLE2 HAS THE WORST CHECK IN AND OUT IN THE WHOLE SYSTEMS. WITH ALL THE ADVANCEMENTS IN THE LAST 8 YEARS IT'S RIDICULOUS. ITS WORST NOW THAN IT WAS WHEN THEY HAD 10 KIDS CHECKING US IN

During my approved Loa upt hours got taken from me. Instead of the hours being refunded as promised. I’ve been terminated. HR says policies are applied properly in this case. Incorrect. My hours should not have been touched during an approved leave of absence. Amazon needs to fix this or face legal action.

Worst place to work. Had a cell phone go missing while at work, left on my work table and it was my bye bye for them

Truckers! This place would be good without the police harassing Truckers on every second. Second time police pull me over in the yard. First time he run my plate and said it’s expire but when I provided and proved him wrong he pretend shocked, second time we were 3 drivers he collected our CDLs for parking with the gen traffic. I got paranoid every time I deliver there.

I have had my ups and downs in this job, like everything, but I must admit that it is an excellent job. The managers that I have had throughout my time working at Amazon are excellent, there are many general areas within Amazon, such as Pack, Pick, Stow, Count, Amnesty, among many others, there are varieties of areas. I have already run through 3 areas and it is excellent for acquiring new experiences. There are many benefits and aid, medical, dental, ocular, university benefits, they pay for your studies, they pay you for more than 3 months of maternity and paternity, they give vacations and paid hours (PTO) and unpaid hours (UPT), sometimes they even give away volunteer hours (VTO). I can't say anything bad about this job, it's the best I've ever had, the pay is perfect and the work is not that hard, being 10 hours day shift, 12 hours night shift. And finally, there are many Latinos, translators in Spanish and other languages, and they even hire people who communicate with sign language and respect all cultures and religions.

I will never work for them again the worst company to work for. They use you then once they meet there mark after peak season is over they fire any and everybody cuz they don’t need you anymore. They don’t go by the book at all. Poor management.

The Worst place I've ever visited, you can't park if you arrive before the pick-up time, if you stay outside the call you the police.

Truck drivers.
If you need to get to I-480, don’t listen navigators - huge potholes is waiting you on ramp to US-43.
Take to the relight from Amazon, then another two rights at traffic lights.

I been trying to call off and there is no number I’m using this A-Z HRBOT hope you all get this because every time I call CLE2 warehouse is says the VM is full I’m in the hospital due to muscle strain and severe painful pelvic contractions resulting from when I worked previously

All time slow check in you could wait 1 hour for just check in

It is frustrated

Long lines and new check in system outsourced to people who do not speak good english.excessive repetitive questions.extreme check in times.causing delays.what they had with local check in word very well. Amazon needs to rethink this!
