First off, the place of filthy and riddled with toxic energy. You're guaranteed to get sick of you don't keep yourself clean.

Secondly, these are legit some of the most inconsiderate, two-faced, disrespectful people I've ever encountered at this facility.

Leadership is a JOKE. They act like they care, but the minute you catch them in a lie, or have an issue with them and report it you're trash to them. They'll make you do work that is too much for you, and give their favorites the easy work.
Not to mention communication is AWFUL.
If you're not sucking up to people and bending to their every whim, then you're not going to survive this Warehouse job.

I suggest anyone considering working here to look somewhere else because the MONEY AND BENEFITS ARE NOT WORTH THE MISERY. You're worth way more than this job and its people could ever offer.

The best people in this facility are the people working in AmCare. Every single person in there is wonderful and does their job. They deserve so much more respect, and CLE3 does not deserve them.

This place is a nightmare for Uber drivers. They have a bunch of different entrances blocked off making it difficult to find your riders.

This amazon cle 3 is not doing the january 1st drop of the upt and pto like they told us 3 weeks ago when we started working on orientation day why can't yall talk to employees with honesty?

It’s laughable I have been stopped multiple different times almost chased down when walking towards the trucker bathroom being asked if my tractor is currently in their yard because if not I can not use their bathroom. I am an Amazon driver and this is the only facility that has happened to me, calm down buddy!

I recently had disappointing experience with Amazon CLE 3 facility, On November 3rd, 2023, I arrived at the Amazon facility to pick up my company empty trailer and it was still loaded for 3 days, I only to find it unexpectedly shut down for construction. The frustrating part was that there was no prior notice provided to carriers.

Upon my arrival, I was met with confusion and a lack of information. There was no one available to explain the situation or provide guidance. I could only see construction workers and security personnel on-site, but no Amazon manager or representative to address the issue.

This lack of communication and transparency is certainly not what I expect from a service like Amazon. It left me, along with other carriers, in a state of bewilderment and inconvenience.

I hope that Amazon can improve its communication and notification procedures for situations like this in the future to avoid unnecessary inconveniences for its carriers.

IF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH ISNT PERFECT YOU CANT WORK AT AMAZON. Their policy, as told by the head of HR himself, is that they don’t tolerate or help with any form of mental health whatsoever. Mental health isn’t considered a real thing and is all imaginary they say. Ask me if you need to know more.

I’d rather cut off my own legs than show any respect to a single aspect of HR or management of this building. You’re genuinely awful awful people. I don’t know how you live with yourselves. Bill Stebbins that especially includes you. He is a high up manager who might as well be the devil incarnate. He will try to purposely bait you into situations to get you fired then take great joy in making it happen.
You are the worst scum there is on this planet.

Absolutely do not work here. If you need some convincing feel free to message me and I can gladly list off a hundred reasons why to never go to this warehouse.

If you want to pop pills all day for pain, if you wanna stand, squat, lunge and bend for 10 hours come to Amazon. It should be illegal to work people like this. If you like working in 100 degrees come to Amazon, you enjoy being a number and used as a robot come to Amazon.

This place is ghetto the staff there let the employees smoke weed on the premises and did not care this place is not recommended to work at and bathrooms were very dirty

Fast pace warehouse and staff managers are helpful and knowledgeable about their department. Always willing to help.

I'm considering applying for a job here.

As a semi truck driver I love this facility because they understand there is no available parking around for semi trucks so they let you park in front of the facility. That’s great and should be everywhere in Amazon facilities especially if there is no other choices. Thank you again.

This Amazon HR is highly racist. I was wrongfully terminated due to an employee in ship dock a cpt chaser purposely knocked boxes over to hit me I was terminated after reporting her to 3 PAs 2 floor managers 2 HR works and 1 Protection Worker was told me and Cassandra was going to be suspended with pay only one suspended was me I got terminated no investigations took place and Cassandra still has her job. Her being white older than I and me being Hispanic and only 23 I was let go even though she was the cause of the issue. So I was racially profiled and wrongfully terminated.

Wheeeew I would rather slit my own wrists and bleed out before i ever consider working here again

Well I was suppose to be there for an interview and I got sent back home because they building was close that wish I had known that I've wouldn't have showed up.
