Easy, pretty clean most days and somewhat busy I'm in and out within an hour. Only thing they need to work on is the bathroom

Hey! I actually really love this laundromat! But there’s a few leaks in the ceiling and some significant mold growth in several areas. Not sure if the owner is aware. Posting here so it hopefully gets fixed soon. Thank you!

I used to love this place when it first open with free dry and even when they changed it.now I just tolerate it because it’s always packed except early morning and the people that come here keep it nasty they don’t pick there stuff up off the floor and now they went up on prices again with no xtra minutes so when I find a better place I will be there

It's easy in and out. There's several options for sizes of washers and dryers. Friendly, lots of families, lots of different cultures of people

Employees should never bring their kids to work, employees kid was running around with a cart running into tables, chairs and almost hit someone jumping into the cart while running.bad behavior and cause injury to self or a customer.

Still waiting for my 10.00 credits. Which I think it's a scam just to get u to wash your clothes. The parking lot is always filthy I dare not go in the bathroom but the washers and dryers are great

I come to use this laundry for many years at the Whitehall location it happens to be that your worker today decided to lock the restrooms cause she don't want to deal with the cleaning of the bathroom I believe that the use of a bathroom that is here is for the use of the customers.last time that I will come to wash my clothes to this location hopefully a manager can adress this problem on this location because you will lose a lots of customers here service is terrible and not grateful to come to wash clothes to this place 7 38 pm December 7 2022 todays date but yes your worker is chit chat and texting on and talking on her phone outside.wish I can post a photo and not doing her job hopefully somebody can adress this situation cause the service is terrible thank you. I wish I can post a picture of your worker on her phone on hours of working instead taking care of her job and cleaning this restrooms it's a shamey, I got a#1 of i s was description of your worker a woman with the green hair please management adress this situation

I did give it 5 stars but recently had to change it seeing as the lady locked the bathrooms, when I asked her for help she rolled her eyes. I will probably be looking for somewhere else to go.

I love that you don't have to have cash they have an app. Washers and stutters are connected to the app, they work fast and are good. The place used to be clean when i first started going. But they lost a good employee and have had a hard time finding one that cleans the place up like he should. Or maybe they are also short staffed. It's still worth going. Its just not a clean as it used to be but not so bad that I dont want to go. There is usually plenty washers and dryers available and you can find clean ones.

Had a great experience. First time here, new to Columbus, Valarie was helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Will be back.

Pretty good prices and a variety of appliance sizes to suit anyone's needs. Paid $7 total (though mind the extra $10 getting a laundry card) after washing and drying a good amount of clothes. This will definitely be my go-to laundromat until I get my appliances fixed (lol!)

This place is a total rip off with the new card only system. Took me 20 dollars for a regular load that cost me 9$ outside.

The place was clean and safe. I used the speedy app to pay for my laundry. It was efficient and had reminders of when the dryer or washer had stopped.

Open 24/7! You just go do your thing and they sell detergent and dryer sheets if needed they also have a lotto ticket machine & massage chairs for up to 2 people. They also have an app that allows you to pay for your machines without buying a card you can move cash from your bank straight to the app to pay for any machine in the store

I hate to give a one star. I love this place it's clean and quite and serves its purpose! Tonight 8/25/22 the two young ladies working repeatedly use the N word while behind the counter. While 50% of the ppl in here are Black and the other 50% is Hispanic. Not a good look at all

Very clean, impressed haven't had to use laundry mats in over 6 yrs. Will return when I'm in Columbus

Thanks for being open, I can relax away from home and wash my comforters while enjoying my banana split
