Slumlords, that's the best description possible. All they care about is getting as much money as possible and yet they never do anything to put money back into the property. We spent 4 months with sewer backing into and flooding our basement had to get the city involved to make them finally fix it. A lot of our possessions that were stored in basement were ruined and had to be discarded. The foundation of the home itself is starting to go due to the amount of time it took them to fix the drain issue and causing the walls to Crack and separate. There was mold under all sinks and shower due to leaks they never and still haven't fixed.

Our final straw was them trying to charge us for fees they made up after sending back our rent payment a day after leaving a voice-mail stating the payment had gone thru and we were fine, then scammed us by trying to force us to pay with a credit card and pay ridiculous fees because if that. After letting them know we had spoken to our attorney they then started trying to change their story and even got caught lying in an email.

Do NOT rent from them. Their properties are falling apart, dangerous yet they charge extremely high rent fees and I've seen other properties that they own that also have severe mild issues. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Lived there 16 MONTHS and the only time a maintenance order was acknowledged and fixed was after having the code enforcement involved.

Our shower was not functional and we put in a work order Friday afternoon. Saturday morning a guy was here to fix it and did amazing. We are so impressed with how quick they got out here and very pleased. Have to give TYLER a huge shoutout and he is good at what he does! Thank you clearsky!

Showed us a dirty house with dog feces in the basement, no repaint, and not even a sweeper had been run, tried baiting and switching us into an apartment we hadn't seen. Then they tell us that we need a cosigner who owns a house over $525 a month rent while we have known good sources of income. CON ARTISTS, making all their money charging for application fees a clean background and guaranteed income from the government isn't good enough.

Can't give zero or minus or I would. If your on auto-pay I strongly advise you to take off auto-pay through rmResident application and do auto-pay through your bank. They decide whether or not to take rent even after you put in your 30-day notice that you give to move out, then you have to fight to ever get your money back. Both your deposit and a month's rent that should only be the deposit and if you want to stop the auto-pay they say you need to go on to the resident portal and they don't tell you any of this information that you must get a code to access. Clear Sky Realty LLC can be compared to a plague. Nothing good can come from Clear Sky LLC. IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD AND THE WELLBEING OF YOUR FAMILY. They don't care but, I personally rate them. -10

My house was very run down but good enough to live in. My door didn’t even shut when I moved in and they never came to fix it so I fixed it myself. They charged me for that. They charged me for everything that was wrong when I moved in. They’ll scam you for anything be careful. They charged me for replacing my own lightbulbs and a cleaning fee when my house was spotless when I left. They probably won’t even clean it just trying to rob me. Don’t recommend them to anybody!

They suck. They're disrespectful. They expect you to pay your rent on time but took them 3 months to fix my toilet! They also don't fix things in a timely matter. Just moved in July. They are horrible! The next door neighbor will tell you how bad they areSLUMLORD

I was told the house did not have roaches when i moved in, IT DID! When I asked them to treat it they sent these "company" out that made me move EVERYTHING away from the walls and empty ALL of the cabinets in the house and I had to leave while they were in the house.

A tree branch fell on my electric line from 1 of their properties. Ripped my electric line down shattered my meter box. Still have not received a call back from them. Ive had to spend over $450 so far just to have my power back on and that was just on the parts to fix and an inspector. Ive spoken to many of their tennents and they say they wont call back and certainly will not fix what their property damaged so I do not recommend them unless it is your very last resort and you plan on paying yourself to fix their properties or damage their properties cause.

So far the house is nice but the fact that I can’t get anyone to come fix this place up even thought I pay my rent a week early every month. Wouldn’t recommend until I see some changes.

The website is easy to navigate. Never have problems always updated and everything is right there for you.

They are difficult to get a hold of and if something needs to be repaired, they take their time dealing with it. I have had a pest problem for months and they won't fix it.update: I had a roof leak and they didn't come out promptly for a problem like that. I called building code on them and they had to replace the roof and were told that they needed to fix lots of exterior issues as well as issue with the floor being spongy. They decided that they no longer wanted me in their property because I was causing them too many problems and costing them too much money.

I would not rent from them for the safety of your family and yourself. The inspector was surprised the water heater was installed correctly but said it was in need on maintenance soon. Everything else was so bad.

Horrible place to rent from! They will not have any money to give deposits back. They will never get back with you regarding any maintenance issues. They are the slummiest of slumlords! The house was disgusting when I moved in and I cleaned the house for 3 days and had carpets professionally cleaned before and after i moved out. They then charged me for it! HORRRIBLE PLACE PERIOD!

Plain and simple every person involved with them is a scumbag. They fix nothing they make promises they never keep.you can never get a hold of anybody and somehow it's your fault for their negligence. Had hot water tank replaced took the old one and it's still sitting in the basement growing mushrooms not to mention the mold coming out of the walls that they claim is not here but they take care of things all right definitely scumlords

This place is a joke. I've lived by several of there rental properties for 16 years and they don't take care of there properties. They try to blame tenants for squirrel and raccoon infestation that have been happening since we have lived here in Massillon.

Terrible company rent from they don't fix problems unless it cost them money I've had problems here since I moved in and they haven't fixed any of them really
