Our pump was acting up, so we called explaining the problem. They walked us thru scenarios, then suggested that we bring it in for a look. They had it fixed that evening and it works better than ever! Good people who treat you right and fairly. THANK YOU!

Their store is amazing, they always have what you need and they are always very friendly and helpful, however, do not use them to open or close your pool. If I was rating the store I would give 5 stars, but for their services I would give zero if I could. We first called them in March to make sure we could have the pool open before it got warm. Agatha, the lady we always get transferred to for scheduling is not friendly, professional, nor helpful. She gave us a date of May 12th to open our pool when we called back in March. When May 13th came and they didnt show she said "I dont know who wouldve told you this, we are booked out until the last week of May". We told her Agatha had told us that, and she stated that was her and completely denied that she said that. This time though we recorded it, and she said they would be out the last week of May to open it. Okay. We asked which day and she got very snippy and said they didnt give specific dates and that it would be "the.last.week.of. May". SO rude. So here we are passed the last week of May and when we called AGAIN to see what happened and yes, have it on record again saying she would never say that and that they are booking out into the first 2 weeks of June. Get out of here! What kind of customer service is this? I hope Clear Water handles this issue, because it takes an amazing family owned cute helpful place and gives them a dark unfriendly rude and unprofessional impression. We wont be calling them or going to them for services anymore. She left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Nice addition to buying equipment and supplies for pools. Note, people that work there that smoke should figure out a way to 'hide' said smoke when dealing with customers. Just an opinion, everyone has one they say, but seriously, it leaves a 'bad' taste in everyone's mouth.
