Clearing Paths Therapeutic Services, Kettering OH

I scheduled a new patient appointment, showed up at the office 15 minutes early. Nobody was at the front desk. When a staff member realized I was there she asked who I was waiting for. I said I had an appointment and she informed me the therapist cancelled all her appointments for that day. I told her I never received a call/voicemail or any notification that it was cancelled. They were apologetic, but I told them I will not be rescheduling as if this is the way they conduct business with new clients, I’m not comfortable going on a regular basis.
