Very rude and disrespectful, glasses are cheaply made and broke 7 different pairs and I had to pay out of pocket each time.

What an excellent experience all around - thank you ClearSight for seeing me so quickly and helping me pick out an amazing pair of glasses. I appreciate the level of professionalism and friendliness shown to me while I was there. Again, thanks for such a great experience. I will for sure recommend AND be back!

This place is no good. They mess up on my husband glasses. And then they had mess up on my glasses Iam not happy with this place. I had to take my glasses back for them to fix them
And they gave me a very hard time big time the lady wanted to argue with me about. My glasses. And I told her that I was see blue circles round my fingers.
I just wanted plane glasses. With nothing on and they did put something on my glasses that I did not even ask for. They put it on my glasses. They don’t know what they are doing.

Good luck trying to get an appointment with this company. I tried 3 phone calls and they hung up on me without even speaking. I could tell it was a hang-up because the phone was picked up and put back down. They had no option to leave a message and no one put me on hold. If they can't treat their potential clients with a bear minimum of respect I wouldn't trust them with treating my eyes.

Great staff! They were wonderful with my children. Large glasses selection, and every time we've ordered a new pair they've come in within a week. I got my contacts that quick too.

The doctor does a much better job then the big chains but charges about the same price. On my third pair of glasses over the years and still happy with them.

Loved the staff. Always have excellent care. Very courteous and friendly! I am finally content with an eye doctor and the selections they offer.

CAREY the receptionist was absolutely HORRIBLE to me! All I asked for was a demo lens to hold me over for a week until my appointment that coming saturday. She lied, never asked the doctor for the lens and after I called 4 times and waited a whole week she said my prescription was never finalized and she could not get me a lens. Then she hung up on me twice when i asked her what that meant! So i drove there and watched her put on a pouty, immature, spoiled brat show in front of the doctor when i asked why she hung up on me! This place is a JOKE and she is a bigger JOKE!

I've been going to clear sight eye care for a few years now. I always thought Dr. Hasan was super informative & thorough with his appointments with me (which were much appreciated & ALSO the main reason why ive continued to go.) Staff on the other hand.ummm not so much. Definitely rude most visits. They treat you like an inconvenience the second you walk in the door. My last straw was when I attempted to make an appt last week. No customer service at all!

Awful! I was rushed through my test and my prescrition was too strong! The reciptionists were all rude and immature! Dont waste your time here! Go anywhere else! 12 yr wearing glasses and ive never gotten a bad precsription till i came here

I really like Dr. Hasan, but I think they need more people to run the front desk and the phones. EXTENDED wait periods on hold or in line.

Glass lenses made wrong think they made 1st pair wrong. Going to wait 4 my 2nd set to come in & if i cant c outta those im denying anything from them& going somewhere else.

These people are seriously so great at this location (Mentor) ; very educational and professional. You get in and you get out, and they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. They do not make you feel uncomfortable, and are very affordable. I’ve been to quite a few of the local eye doctors. Whoever has the audacity to give anywhere below a 4-star rating for this location is delusional.

My own experience, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are a great group to work with. Every single person contributed a special something that makes this place great.

Terrible customer service. Staff had attitude and wasn’t helpful. Not only they made a mistake there was no remorse or apology. Offered very little information and help.

Best place I've ever been to. They have been beyond exceptional with my kids, and they have a great selection of kids and adult frames. My daughter loved the Disney princess line they carry. We bought her the last 3 for the line they had last year.

I have gone to many different places to get glasses for myself and ClearSight is definitely the best place I have ever been to.they are very helpful and very friendly I order my glasses and they only took 8 business days for me to have them on my face and they look great I also recommend buying lens cleaner from them for like $8 bucks you get 6oz bottles of cleaning products not only is it a big bottle but when you use it all up you can take the empty bottle back to the office to get it refilled for free for up to one year from when you bought the bottle so I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a great place to get your glasses from I have gone up there a few time already to have my glasses adjusted and they are more then happy to do it for me and it cost me nothing so give them a try and see for yourself
