ClearVision Centers, Streetsboro OH

I have been a client of ClearVision for over two years. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Schmid takes the time necessary to explain the results of the exam and answers my questions to my satisfaction.

Brought my 15 yr old son in for first appt with them, the staff were extremely friendly and explained everything in detail. My son really liked Dr. Schmid and said he felt very comfortable talking with him. He is very personable.

We have been going to see Dr. Schmid at Clear Vision for years and have always had good experiences. Scheduling appointments has been easy and wait times have always been very reasonable.

Clear Vision in Streetboro is the best! Dr Schmit is the best! He explains everything so well. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I will continue visiting Clear Vision in Streetsboro

Very professional operating staff … doctor explained all procedures in words u can understand (lol) … entire place well organized and very clean… nice coffee bar!

Professional and friendly staff. I was able to book an appointment within a week of calling the office. The doctors and staff take excellent care of their patients! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I am disappointed in my last visit. I have been going to this office for at least a half dozen years. Everyone seems polite and professional.
But I had an eye exam Oct.of 2021, and I paid in full with a credit card. In June of 2022 I received a bill for 49.00 for refraction and I thought "What". After a few phone calls to Insuranced company and billing at Clearvision, I got a different answer as to why the bill wasn't paid. So I did a little research and found out that most insurance companies don't cover refraction as it isn't considered a medical issue. It is was usually covered under a routine exam but now it is billed separately. Some providers do it this way to make some easy money and don't tell you about the extra cost up front.
I am surprised that more people haven't complained about this on this review platform. Has anyone else been charged for this charge also without being informed upfront?

I have had my annual vision exam at Clearvision Center in Streetsboro with Dr. Peter Schmid for several years and find him very professional and personable. I have always been treated with kindness and care.

The exam is thorough, explained well by the technician and doctor, all questions answered.

Love everyone who works at Clear Vision. Everyone is friendly, and very helpful. Dr. Schmid always spends time with you and is very thorough when he explains things. You never have to wait long when you have an appointment. They take you for your exam almost immediately.

Dr. Schmidt is always very friendly and does such a good exam and takes the time to explain your situation!

This is a wonderful place for eye care. The staff is very helpful and kind, the doctor is outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. They have been amazing with me and proactive with the care of my eyes.:)
