3Very rude people to say the least! They offer no help at all. They talk very unprofessional and poorly to you via in person or on the phone. If you’ve had a water softener system installed from them in the past 4-5 years, good luck with them telling you anything about it.
If the prices go up again, I will have to go to a spring that the water is the best in Ohio. And it's free.
Very rude people! No help from anyone you talk to in person or on the phone. They are extremely rude! We spent 10K on a new water softner system from these people and have had nothing but grief from them! When they come out to “fix” the problem, they charge an arm and a leg and make the problem worse so that you have to have yet another service call and another thing to fix. Had we known we were going to be dealing with these kind of people, we would have went with a whole different company! Wish we would have read the reviews first!
