Cleveland Chop

Exceptional service while we celebrated my wife's 50th birthday. Amazing staff. Best steak, ever! Chef understood our needs and provided superb experience. Erin was great

I was excited to go here after hearing great reviews, but the food was nothing special for the cost. The mashed potatoes were insanely salty, and the short ribs were almost entirely fat. Our asparagus side was also undercooked. Very disappointing.

I guess they weren’t on their top game. Steak was excellent. Ambiance was very good. Their outside patio is so nice. My drink was really watered down- not good. Our waitress never came back to ask how the drink was so I still got charged for it. My salad was ok but the chicken was over cooked and way too crispy. They took that part off the bill. I was disappointed. Probably won’t be back.

I, along with my family visited the Cleveland Chop House on July 1st. When you think of a chop house in Cleveland you think of the Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse or Morton’s. The Cleveland “Chop House” is an embellishment of terms for sure. It’s a bar restaurant that wanted to go upscale hence the “chop house” label but nothing could be further from the truth. As we entered around 3: 30 pm Thursday July 2nd, there was no one to greet us. When we finally got service we were seated. There was no one in the restaurant but us. Our waiter Davi was nice enough but obviously lacked the social graces befitting a chop house. He however did a great job. It wasn’t his fault the food quality didn’t meet chop house standards or was priced too high for the quality.
I ordered beef short ribs that were mostly bone, meat that was chewy and way too much fat. The dishes of my family members were similar in quality.
So, if you’re looking for a chop house in Cleveland don’t go to Cleveland “Chop House”. You’ll be disappointed.

Great Sunday brunch. Awesome mimosas, awesome cinnamon rolls, and great skillets and waffles. Relatively inexpensive too. We were very pleased, would definitely come again.

The food was amazing! I had the most tender boneless ribeye with delicious creamy garlicky spinach that was well seasoned. Their sweet cornbread was warm tasty. They talked us into trying the salted caramel brownie for desert and that was beyond what we expected! Our servers Charity and Mary were wonderful! I love this place and we will definitely return.

Great food and service. Limited brunch menu, but very reasonable prices. Had s great time for Fathers day

The hangover burger is one of the best burgers I have ever eaten! Beautiful outdoor seating overlooking a courtyard.

Good atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night and it was cleared out at about 930, which felt a little off. Steak was very well prepared. Appitizers were slightly above average.

Super nice and sweet staff. Food was excellent and drink was on par. The restaurant is very well kept. The only gripe I had was that it was a little pricey.

Stopped by for brunch while attending Incuya music festival. Food was phenomenal (I had salmon eggs Benedict) ; literally the only issue was that we couldn't get Bloody Marys until after 11 due to a silly Ohio law, but I can't fault them for that!

This place has the best food, everything that I had there was outta bonds! Very delicious and the service was amazing- our server also gave us a dessert on the house because it was my husband and I anniversary, kudos! We will definitely be back.

I think it was little over priced for what they gave you. But it was good though. Don’t see me going back

Stopped by for drinks and then again the next day for brunch. Both the food and drinks were great, and the service was fantastic! Insider's tip: The back patio is a hidden gem!

Had gone here in the past once and it was amazing. I was in town for a concert and this place was a must, amazing!

Our family went there before seeing "Hamilton". We all so enjoyed our meals. We started with calamari for the table and it was divine. I had a crabcake because I wasn't very hungry and it was served very nicely lots of chunks of crab in the crabcake. My daughter had the beef tips and I tasted them they were very flavorful and tender. Everyone enjoyed their meals very much and then we had the crème brûlée and the brownie with the salted caramel ice cream to share. The atmosphere was very cool-comfortable & upscale. The back patio was so nicely finished. Next time I would like to eat out there. All in all a pleasant dining experience. Definitely would love to go back

Nice restaurant, prices are fair for this scale on restaurant. Great atmosphere, walkable to other bars. Had reservations for 12 people for a bday. Staff could use a little help. Wasn't busy, no other tables and they still messed up a few orders (drinks, apps, dinners) that is why I only give a 3 star. They have a miscommunication somewhere from server, food runner, bartender, prep cook, chef. I don't blame one individual, in a restaurant you work as a team.

Had a great time food was great service was great they stayed on top of everything! Can't complain at all. Would definitely visit again next time I'm in town.

We came here for lunch during the week with our two young kids. I was worried our waitress would think we were crazy bringing children there but she was great, excellent service. The food was fantastic and they had a decent draft selection.

I was a little disappointed in this place after reading the reviews. My wife and I went there for dinner while in town on business. I had the prime rib cooked medium. It was very dry. My wifes filet was dry as well. The mashed potatoes were very good as well as the service. If i was in town I might give it one more try.
