This is the second time I have had to visit this location, as we are just in town to visit family. I am pregnant and high risk, so when I was having UTI symptoms I was very anxious. I called and the man who does registration assured me that it was fine to come in even though I would be pushing it close to closing time. When he registered me, he was kind and patient. The nurse was also very kind and thorough even though it was after hours at that time. The doctor was so warm and hospitable, attentive, and compassionate. I am so thankful for everyone I encountered in this urgent care for the quality of medical care, hospitality, and bedside manner. Highly recommend!

This location is absolutely horrendous. I came here with my 8 month old and felt he had an ear infection. I told them he had a fever, most likely from the ear infection, and they refused to see him “because of his symptoms” during COVID-19. They wouldn’t even take his temperature or anything! They told me to schedule a virtual appointment with a doctor, um hello! You can’t diagnose an ear infection virtually! It’s incredibly infuriating that this location and these people who took an oath to heal people, sent me away with a sick baby over nothing. Any competent medical professional knows that a fever can accompany an ear infection! Do yourself a favor and save your time and money, stay away from this location and morons that work here!

We came here with our 9 month old. We felt she had an ear infection. She had a fever. We got there at 3: 30, they closed at 4. When the started to check us in at 4.which was when they closed, they told us to leave and go to an emergency room. Our little baby was smiling and clapping.not anywhere near emergency situation. They wouldn't even look at her.take a temperature, or check her ear or anything. Crazy! Seriously go to emergency room and waste everyone's time and $$$ why? Because they wanted to go home! Very poor service, Cleveland Clinic has better service than that.or I would hope so.

I was at a family picnic in the are (which were not from) with my parents and was driven here due to sever cramps, vomiting and shakes. The nurse on staff talked to me like I was child, even though I had just previously given her my age of 31. She asked me to point to where it hurt. I was then told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to get to an ER. No one on staff was helpful and they all just stared while I asked them for the address. I’m a huge fan of the Clinic but I would not recommend this office for anything other than Advil.

Horrible experience. Misdiagnosed, told that I have no infection when I definitely did. All I wanted was an antibiotic. Had to go elsewhere and get properly diagnosed and the medication that I needed. Tried to dispute paying a ridiculous amount of money to the clinic for said misdiagnosis and the dispute resolution department did absolutely nothing other than tell me I had to pay the charges which I feel is beyond unfair, considering I was not taken seriously or properly diagnosed!

Dr. Sharma saw my wife because my wife had a tooth infection. This "doctor" touched my wife's face and said you're fine. My wife went to a dentist two days later and she had an abscess. My wife was billed twice by the clinic for this "service". She was billed $200 for a facility charge plus $200 to see Dr. Sharma. I used to brag about the Cleveland Clinic but those days are long gone. Absolutely ridiculous!

Horrible. I went in and waited over an hour to be called, then another 45 minutes sitting in a room. Walked out and told them “making sick people wait 45 minutes in a room is ridiculous and they better not charge me or my insurance”. I have been sick with a lung and sinus issue for 5 days! This is why I loathe going to the doctor. Oh, and all the while the docs are chatting it up and one was sitting on his phone as I came out of the room. Horrible. I’ll never go back.

The people here are friendly and clearly know their stuff. I have been there maybe 5-6 times over the years and have NEVER been treated rudely. I would suggest that people with Dental pain, to call their Dentist.
I trust this facility to give me sound advice and direct me to where to go for further treatment.

So extremely rude and degrading. Gave absolutely no interest in helping what so ever. Lady at front desk refused to answer my (simple) question and made me wait 15 minutes just to speak with someone. I then waited even longer to be helped and was treated extremely poorly.

Worst experience ever. Came here for bad wisdom tooth ache thinking they will be able to do more than just giving Motrin or Tylenol which I already took and didn't help at all. After checking in I was called in quickly but after my blood pressure was taken seemed like they forgot about me. This is an urgent care and there was absolutely what so ever no sense of urgency to them. I waited for like 20 min sitting in excruciating pain and nurse walks in and I was thinking why are you here. Where is the doctor, I didnt come here to be seen by a nurse. She wears the glove and takes a peek in my mouth and poked it so hard that I was literally in tears. She says there is no infection, gum looks healthy and says we can't do anything just keep taking tylelon or motrin or both. I said you should mention it clearly that you don't treat tooth issues and she says we do but only if there is an infection. So I went to oral surgeon the next day and he said I do have an infection and because of that my face was all swelled up.so either she didn't know how to check for infection or they just didn't wanted to treat me. They could have given me some narcotics for pain relieving but they refused and my oral surgeon gave me narcotics and also antibiotics which helped. So folks if you have tooth issue don't ever go here. Now if they file a claim on my insurance, I am going to dispute it and won't pay them anything because you pay fpr services received and since I never got one I can't pay for one.
Waste of time!

I am so shocked at the quality of service I received at the Solon Express Care from Helen Gray and Stacy Ann Russ. I walked in to be seen and as I approached StacyAnn she fails to acknowledge me and very rudely tells me there's a 2 hour wait and that I can go somewhere else. Then Helene who was helping another patient suggest, also very rudely, to go to the Sagamore Hills location instead. They both were extremely rude and showed no interest in helping me.

Everyone I interacted with at this facility was friendly and helpful. They even called another facility to see if the wait time was shorter there.

Definitely one of the worst experiences I bave encountered at a medical facility. I took my 12 year old daughter there with a high fever and the doctors treatment I felt was less than professional. She was very arrogant and lacked any sense of compassion.

Financial advisor have came with a quote that was about 50% what I had to pay after I have told him that I need that before I even agree to anything. Not a big deal when we talk about $40 bill, but when we talk about $700 bill it makes whole lot of difference. Doctor was very nice so I am not complaining about the medical staff, but if you value your $$ skip this place because it is a rip off.

Went to the urgent care facility for persistent cough (turns out it was allergies). Was greeted within minutes by a nurse who took my information and was seen almost immediately afterward by Dr Mary Ellen Margocs. The doctor was very pleasant and took the time to listen to my issues and concerns. Based on her examination and observation she concluded that I was suffering from allergies, and was given a shot, and prescription strength cough medicine. I'm writing this review a couple of days after the visit and happy to report I am feeling much better and able to breathe normally and not cough throughout the day. I'm not in the habit of writing reviews, but should you need urgent care for anything, I highly recommend the Cleveland Clinic Urgent Care facility at Bainbridge and a big thank you to the nursing staff, and Dr Mary Ellen Margocs in particular. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible. I went in complaining of a bad cough among many other symptoms and the doctor told me it was due to allergies and tried to prescribe me something that it says on my chart I'm allergic to.than after realizing she made a mistake prescribed me an over the counter mucinex not even in the same category as the first drug.fast forward 6 days later and I'm miserable and about a step away from coughing up blood.sure doesn't seem like any allergies I've ever had. Two thumbs down for Cleveland clinic, if I had more hands I'd offer three or four thumbs down.

So I ended up going to a UH urgent care in Mentor. I told the doctor there my story and she literally laughed when I told her the clinic had told me I had allergies. Turns out I had a bad lung/respiratory infection and also a sinus infection which was contributing to a minor ear infection. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics immediately and gave me a note telling me to stay home from work for two days.

I used a sick day to go to Cleveland clinic, and also my health insurance sucks so I will get a bill for around $65 just to be told I had allergies and to be prescribed an over the counter drug. I'm frustrated to think I actually paid money for the service I received, I don't understand how the doctor could not see that I was sick.

Always courteous and quick. This is a great option in the Bainbridge area when the regular doctor is not available.
