Cleveland Clinic - Family Health Center Willoughby Hills

I receive all my care at the Willoughby Hills clinic, I’m very happy with all departments. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It has been a good experience here until COVID hit. My child needs to be seen in-person urgently but they insist on virtual appointments. How can you diagnose/test virtually. I had to fly to Atlanta for my kid to get attention. PLEASE DO BETTER.

Sat in an empty lobby fexpress careor an hour and then a room for another hour before I was even seen. Decent service but very very slow.

Showed up when they open at 6am. With no one in the waiting room. I waited a hour and half to see someone. As I watched the nurses just chat. Horrible service. They may be nice but that does not make you good at your job.

I have had many good years and experiences here. Recently, they have been going down hill. I was waiting for financial authorization for a procedure and they told me it takes a week. I called back a week and half later and it was still pending. So, I called a month later and it was still pending. The receptionist told me that the financial department has been backed up due to the holidays. I called before the holidays to get approved. I'm disappointed in the CCF in general recently. I'm finding a new health care provider.

Dr. Hughes has been my physician for many, many years. He listens thoughtfully and has addressed my issues as I age. I am always comfortable with his treatment and diagnosis. I consider myself to have him as my doctor.

The Cleveland Clinic is amazing. Great service and a friendly staff. I would recommend to friends and family.

Unbelievably long wait time! I could have drove to pittsburgh, went to the game, gift shop, strip club, then drove back and went to any other place, wait an hour and STILL be done before I would be with this place. Not to mention the sub par nurses/doctors in express clinic

Was seen very quickly, but was treated like I was wasting their time. I dont want to come back here

If you go to Express Care, be sure to speak with the brunette lady at the first computer, she’s pleasant and accommodating unlike the old, balding ginger woman that sits behind her. Avoid her! I stopped in to get a note for work, and this woman immediately cut me off to go on a snarky tangent about workers compensation and how they don’t handle those cases there. That’s not what I was saying at all, but she was too busy giving me an attitude to actually listen. I JUST needed a note stating that I had been there. Will NOT come back here.

What the heck is that phone number for? This is a large facility no one can answer the phone.what a joke. Its Monday at 1: 00 PM been listening to elevator music on hold (no prompts) then rude woman 15 min later.never going back

This place is ridiculous. I leave work early to come in for an appt at 12. Use the kiosk to check in as asked even though previous appointment the kiosk didnt work. Lazy front desk sees me sitting in waiting room for an hour until i go up to see why its taking so long. Then find out the dr wont see me cause the check in dIdnt work. Im furious. So now i have to see a random dr AN HOUR AND A HALF later than my original appointment time which by the way they text you that its 15min sooner than scheduled so i scrambled to get here sooner. DONT COME HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT

I waited in the lobby 45 minutes and then in a room another 20 minutes. I get running behind but this is sad. It's not like I'm at the Free Clinic I pay a lot of money to Cleveland Clinic but after today I will find another Hospital

I'm here with my parents. I'm very impressed with front lobby staff. 2 hours of observing friendly, courteous, helpful ladies, with smiling faces.
