Doors were locked when we tried to go to our scheduled appointment on time, main entrance as well. Scheduling could not get anyone to let us in though staff watched from inside. Thank you for making me take my two month old out in this for nothing.

This place is a joke was told appt was at 110 and to come half hr early after sitting there an hr go back to see what was going on for them to say your appt was 140 then finally 20 mins later go back and the nurse be extremely rude I wouldnt give this place any stars if was possible

I choose them every time, for ER care for my family.the staff is always kind and I never have an issue with communication. The nurses are always phenomenal even with my little girl. I am grateful to have such good care close by.

I had xr-rays tonight by Dawn. She gave me excellent treatment. She was very kind, caring and efficient. She went above and beyond making sure all my needs were met.

I am a cancer patient & had missed an appt when I called to reschedule it an operator refused to reschedule me with the same dr by this young girl who schedules appts- specifically the 1 working rt now at 230 on April 21st gave me a 1st name RYAN when I asked for her name she refused to give me her full name. I am very sick & suffering & she's on the phone arguing with me & being extremely rude & unhelpful & was recently hired & clearly does not know what she is doing. I will never schedule an appt there again

Really nice, newer looking place, i like how it's light inside with a lot of windows, it actually makes me feel more comfortable when i'm nervous coming in for an appointment compared to some other hospitals.all the doctors and nurses and even all the other staff i've met in the dermatology & plastic surgery departments have been very nice and helpful and i never feel rushed or judged.

My initial visit was great, but I'm incredibly frustrated that after two days of waiting for test results and being told that someone would call me within 24 hours, I had to call in to get them myself - and I spoke to an operator, not my doctor, so I couldn't have the results explained to me or the next steps. No one called, no one followed up and I'm still having the same pain I've had for three weeks now. I understand your staff is busy, but when a patient has been experiencing abdominal pain for this long with no resolve, it's stressful and disconcerting that there isn't a more proactive response on your end.

I came in a few time to see Dr. Rebecca Flyckt about my fertility and also my husbands. She was absolutely amazing and she is fixing the problems we have. She made me feel so comfortable and happy. She is so compassionate and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her to anyone seeking to have a baby who has difficulty!

I used to get my bloodwork here all time and they were great. Now i go out of my way to go to the one in Twinsburg when i can because the people here suck. They dont listen to their patients and stick me twice then have someone else come help.
1. If the patient gets bloodwork once a week they know their body better than you and its common sense for costumer satisfaction to listen to the customer. Even if they dont agree give the patient a sound mind
2. You draw bloodwork almost everyday for the whole day you should know what you're doing, no excuses.
3. If the customer doesnt like big needles please understand that and give them the butterfly one i cant tell you how many time the lab people gave me lip about it. I dont care what you have to say i want to avoid bruises as much as possible if you cant find my vein, which happens everytime i go there.
4. Im not the only one my friend has gone in and had to get an IV and they ruptured two different veins because they cant get it right

Please train your staff better or get new people

I'm sure the doctors are fine. However the telephone operator never puts the phone back in the cradle once he/she finishes a call. I've tried repeatedly to return a call for three hours and all I get is a busy signal. If they want to reschedule an appointment of yours you might be better off just driving to the Mayo Clinic in Minneapolis.

Nice facility but shame on clev. Clinic for charging for Handicapped valet parking. They provide a two dollar discount from the regular fee of six dollars but even at four dollars that's too much. I can see paying for parking at the main campus but not in Avon.

I live exactly 1 city block from a hospital with an ER but I will drive the 45 minutes to the Richard E Jacob's ER for my family! I wouldn't take my family any where other than a Cleveland Clinic facility! They care about you no matter your income and they do everything they can to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible! They want EVERYONE to have the best care possible and they make you feel cared about!

Our care was top notch-from the emergency room to the operating room. The care from the staff was excellent.

Dr. Estemalik is very nice and has a great demeanor. Staff is always nice and helpful. They are also very good with keeping appointments on time.

Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Was on time for my appt. The receptionist checked me in as the wrong patient waited for over 45 ins for my appt. Then was told by the nurse because i was late by 30min for my appt that i couldnt b seen. When i was on time actually 15 min Early.

Sorry about ur experience Mike. M.but from the parking to the care Im hooked! They even went out of their way to get my visit cost waived by financial assistance because of my income and did not treat me any differently! Plus coverage if i needed to come back for the next, 90 days. Cleveland Clinic is top rate hands down

Decent but there is seriously the most bone chilling wind tunnel known to man at the main entrance, year long. I think they should consider installing some sort some sort of barrier to take that down a notch.

The staff that worked the evening of 4/20/2017 have to be the least educated people I have ever spoke with. Congrats on releasing a suicidal patient dumb asses!
