Everyone is really nice but the emergency room takes forever every time I come it takes at 3 hour for simple thing they should hire more doctors they have one on a night shift people don’t go there

Takes a while to receive a callback, but someone will eventually get to you! The staff here really cares about their patients and they help you receive the care you need, including specialty departments.

Going to the emergency room and seen by doctor for 10 minutes should not cost $1264 and this is after $606 insurance coverage. $1264 is like 2 months of mortgage payment.

I have been with my doctor since I was 18 and pregnant with my first. I followed the office when they moved here. I love my doctor (s). It’s more the reception, people who make appointments anymore that I’m on the verge of finding a new physician. This has happened more than once where I have made an appointment for the next day to get all the way to the office to find that my appointment I was told I was out in for is non existent. Seriously! I also have family that goes here as well and this has happened to her too. I think the entire staff that deals with that needs training.again.

I love this place to get some blood work and x rays and a CT scan of my Shunt and body great facility!

Generally speaking, there is a lack of diversity at this location. More diversity would probably help patient to doctor experience and patient to staff experience. Diversity is a concern with the staff. This concern is for both staff at front desk and for staff working one on one with patients. Diversity allows for better communication and overall patient experience, which in turn leads to better treatment and increased patient satisfaction.

This facility is amazing! They really put a lot of effort into your care and how you feel. You don't feel like just a number when you come in.

The facility is new, but they do a fantastic job in keeping it clean and presentable.

Parking for the ER is a very short walk to the main door, which is such a relief.

This is now my primary care place and I would not go to any other ER.

The professionals at this facility are fine. The desk staff are disinterested and angry. Always. This would be a perfect target area for testing PMS meds. If you hate your job that much.quit.

I was traveling through Ohio and unfortunately had to go to the Cleveland Clinic Lakewood Campus Emergency Room due to an unknown allergic food reaction. The care I received was quick and adequate. However, I later received a bill with a fraudulent charge of $1,050 for 2 hours of IV fluid that I never received. I am a current board certified internal medicine physician from another state and a hospitalist and was very aware of what treatment I received. The billing department states that since this saline charge was on my bill that it must have been treatment that was provided. I never received any bolus or continuous IV fluids running during my brief stay, nor should I have had as I had no signs of end-organ damage; however, their billing states I received 2 hours of continuous IV fluid which I did not. While I understand Cleveland Clinic is one of the more expensive hospitals in America (given their reputation) with their average hospital emergency room costs, they padded my bill with fraudulent charges for medication (2 hours of lactated ringer's saline) that I did not receive. It is important that such fraudulent activity not go unnoticed nor unpunished so I am thus filing a claim with the BBB, in addition, to taking legal action so that such future events can be prevented.

Not at all happy with this facility. I loved when the center for family medicine was next to fairview, now it seems like they moved and completely changed. The wait times are ABSOLUTELY terrible, the staff have horrible communication, can't ever seem to get an appt I always end up being months out. The ironic part is my spouse seems to get in sooner than me if he sits at home and calls vs me getting a follow up being in the actual office. They don't take me seriously when I say anything and to top it off their ER almost killed my 5 year old daughter. The NP swore she had a bug and was fine I finally changed hospitals the next day and she ended up being admitted. I refuse to come here ever again im switching to metro. This is the saddest excuse for a CC i've ever seen!

Stafff was rude and unfriendly. I stood in front of two customer service agents before a third woman came out that back and asked me what I needed when I couldn’t check in at the kisoq

Very happy with the Family Health Center. I have been with them since they were across the street from Fairview Hospital. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

I visit Coumadin Clinic frequently. Terri is the total professional. Efficient personable trustworthy.

Somehow they manage to be delayed even if you have the first appointment- for the prices they charge they could at least be on time. My last time here

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The lab is convenient for me and the medical professionals have been helpful and friendly.

Me and my daughter waited 30 for blood to be drawn. We were the first ppl in the building. They called at least 15 white people before us and they were in and out.we get her and have to wait.that was not cool at all.

Dr. And Nurses are great and kind, buttttttt I can not get over the fact I was 10 minutes early to appointment and still ended up waiting 50 minutes just to get called in. Overall I’m not to happy with my experience.

I would have given it five stars, but for the security theater / metal detector. Guard took my lighter and demanded a tip.j/k I guess its normal in this day and age but that doesn't mean I have to like everybody operating from a basis of distrust.
