3 nurses, plus surgical nurse/ anesthesia nurse. All were fabulous. All very kind. I have, based on my medical history, can insist they were extremely patient as well. Approaching surgery I get extremely nervous, so I get chatty, til I’m not. I have the tendency to joke around and the nurses enjoyed the jokes, yet remained very professional. I do wish Dr, would understand that is a way for patients to cope with the fears of going under full sedation. But when they don’t really show emotional tolerance it can make a patient feel really scared. But I’m sure it is because they are focusing on thinking through each procedure. So for the first time at the old Lodi building, after many cleveland clinic surgeries, I’d have to say that I would definitely go back.lord bless all these nurses who do this day in and day out.

Kayla I believe her name is, she put my IV in the ER 10/20! She was the best so far, actually the whole staff was amazing tonight! But she definitely had good bed side manor and great sense of humor.

So back in like 2014 when I was like 16/17 (a minor) I tried drinking myself to death, so in order to 'teach me a lessons' (quoting what the doctor in charge that night told my mom) he was gonna put a catheter in, which was brutal pain for a few days, but thats not even the best part. Old boy left the curtains to my room wide open exposing my (minor ay the time) genitals to anybody in the ER walking through to see. Save yourself and the children the trauma and go somewhere else.

Three Years and some Months ago, I was brought here then dropped off by a couple of kind friends after I had sliced the small finger of my left hand rather severely My care and treatment was then in the hands of The Night Care Staff of The Lodi Cleveland Clinic Branch on the night of April 13th, into the early morning of April 14th, of the year 2019. To be concise, the Doctor and Nurse Staff did nothing to fix this in place to heal correctly. I had provided proof of adequate insurance upon signing in.

They took X-Ray of my finger, then cleaned it. I was there for this visit for at least a couple of hours, and they did not suture the wound, rebinding my flesh in place. They did not offer me the option to be forwarded to a greater branch or surgery center, although it was absolutely necessary since a flap of my finger was barley attached.

I have, since within the time since my visit to The Lodi Branch, written them a personal letter regarding how terrible that I felt about the lack of care that I had received. I had stated how much it would have meant to me, had they repaired my wound with stitches, or forwarded me to the surgery center. I filed a report with the Ombudsman, and communicated my grievances with them. I would have been willing to do whatever it took to fix my hand.

I came in as a young 22 year old man, requiring the capabilities of both of my hands for the rest of my life. Over three years later, since healing, at the age of 26, when I wake up and during the day at times, I remember and feel the thick, heavy scar tissue that my body required to heal over. Luckily, the tissue didn't fall off, and I didn't lose my appendage to infection. I was prescribed antibiotics, one of the only other things that was provided for me.

When this was an open wound over three years ago, it was a horrible experience healing. It took at least, rather over a month to heal. I couldn't use my finger at all for a month. When I would remove bandages to apply new ones, the crusting would stick to the bandages and then the wound would begin to reseparate.

During the follow up appointments that I had scheduled with Cleveland Metro Health instead, they commented every time I came it that it was shocking that I hadn't received sutures. My first follow up visit, the Nurse brought in The Doctor for evaluation for late term stitches, but it had already begun healing and I was told that it was too late. The Cleveland Metro Health Medical Staff was much more reassuring and all agreed that I should have received better care, and referred me to come there if I ever needed to.

In conclusion, my finger has nerve damage and numbness, which is largely result of my accident trauma that was my fault. I recurringly find myself distraught about the appearance, and shape of my finger, that I always think could have been mended by a competent, caring Doctor Staff that would have done their job to the best ability, or at least forwarded me to a more resourceful, or greater expertise branch of The Cleveland Clinic. I will not go to Lodi Cleveland Clinic again, I would not recommend them for any emergency medical care, especially in regard to injury trauma, and certainly not their emergency night care staff. Hopefully any other branch of Cleveland Clinic is more caring or resourceful, as care at the Medina Campus for the times I have went or brought a friend there, was exponentially more helpful and resourceful! If not there, then go Cleveland Metro Health, as they are much more helpful and resourceful, care about you personally, and every other need. Thank You for allowing me to state my review, and if you have read and considered my review, Thank You! God Bless.

Front desk receptionists have zero clue what they are doing. Lack of any medical knowledge or skills to even read the order they are checking you in for. I will definitely not be coming back to this location even if I was bleeding out…. Save yourself the drama and go to the Main Clinic in Cleveland.

Lodi Hospital is my preferred hospital for all sorts of care. Because of my medical condition I have had to go to many hospitals throughout the state. The staff and conditions as well as quality leave nothing to be desired, all is top-notch and I will ALWAYS choose Lodi Hospital above any in Medina or Wayne counties. Keep up the GREAT work and thank you.

Found the staff at this facility very rude, condescending and not willing to admit they were wrong. Will Never go there again.

Not bad, they seemed short staffed as they had to due ultra sounds on ER patients which understandable but need to figure a better solution to scheduled ultra sounds and ER ones. But was very courteous.

I felt fortunate that this was so close to my home. Cleveland Clinic has gotten so big. BIG
PHARMA.and now, you can't call your doctor for individual concerns. When I want to call the office of my doctor, I EXPECT to talk to my doctor's staff. This is not the case. Cleveland Clinic, WAKE UP. WE ARE NOT NUMBERS< WE HAVE HEALTH ISSUES and EXPECT the best care.this new "system" is not the answer.

My son was heading to college when he had an allergic reaction and had to stop here. He presented our insurance card (Blue Cross/Blue Shield), yet they billed him on his credit card for the full visit, which is a lot of money for a student to have to front and wait for the refund check months later. The hospital essentially double billed so they could ensure their chances of full payment, or perhaps to just get a short term loan from us. Customer service/billing was no help. They said we would have to wait for a refund, which could take months.no timeline. I've been around a while and have never seen anything like this. If it was a co-pay or anything close to it, I'd be fine, but this was the full cost of the visit while they concurrently billed our insurance. Don't pay if you go here. Tell them to send you a bill.

This place is by far the worst place ever. The nurses are horrible and nasty just felt like a burden more than getting care for. Don't give this place your money. They got one star bc i zero stars is not an option.

The staff in all departments have been wonderful. I've been there many times over the last several years. There is very little wait time ever.

My husband was scheduled for a Renal MRI with & without contrast.
Upon entering the non-busy hospital, we were immediately approached by the security guard lol asking why we were there which I get-he’s doing his job (just without people skills).
Next, was the intake receptionist, she was great- very personable. She sends us back to radiology-
the receptionist there was okay, she gave him paperwork to fill out which had already been done online, but it’s fine, he can fill it out again.
Next.the MRI tech comes out and snatches the paperwork out of my husbands hands- he tries telling her that he wasn’t finished, however, she wasn’t hearing it. She seemed irritated and at one point even asked him, ”Why are you looking at me like that? ” Then, when he lets her know he has kidney disease, she about flipped out. Like, I’m pretty sure the exact procedure his doctors wanted was documented in the MRI order.
While I was waiting on my husband, I went outside. I came back in 5 minutes later and the security guard again stopped me to ask what I was doing there, like his memory must be bad. When I told him my husband was there, he wouldn’t let me go to the waiting area and motioned me to sit elsewhere. Again, just no people skills.
On the plus side, the housekeeping guy was super friendly.
The MRI itself dod not appear that she did it without contrast before injecting the contrast. If you need an MRI, I’d recommend going to a hospital that treats you with respect, follows the orders of the referring doctor, has music ear protection as mri’s are loud, offers you a blanket, etc. The best thing about Lodi hospital was the vending machines.

Don't go. Just don't. They cancel scheduled procedures without notice, and you only find out upon arrival at the hospital.

The people who work here lie-non-Lodi hospital employees working for CCF tried to warn me, and this place is the laughing-stock of all area CCF hospitals. I should've trusted the internet reviews.

If they are this sh*tty before even getting there, I cannot imagine the horrors that await once inside.
Save yourself the hassle and aggravation-go elsewhere. You will be glad you did.
