7Always professional and not a long wait time. I ha e used them on several occasions with no problems.
Went in for an ear infection and the nurse practitioner even called me at home to follow up. Excellent care.
The wait time was fast. The nure and doctors are so welcoming and seem to really care about what's going on.

Cleveland clinic is my preferred healthcare provider. However there is no X-ray available at this urgent care center during certain days so it forces you to use the emergency department. I feel that this should be published information so patients don’t waste their time going there. Or have this be a full service urgent care center.
Came here at 3: 30 couldn’t get in bc we were too close to the closing time which is at 4.asked to speak to manager, wouldn’t let me.and after threatening to talk to their manager my sister was finally taken.and when i was gonna go back with her the rude doctor said “just her” my sister was not comfortable going alone.had to stay in the waiting room.rude secretary and rude nurses and doctors.
