Cleveland Clinic Express Care Clinic, Brooklyn OH

I stood in line for an hour while one worker checked in 2 people. She did a income verification and took over 30mins. There was no chair to sit and you could hear all their confidential information while the line went to the door and people left bc she was so slow and rude. Saying they don’t treat children. Very unprofessional! I went to the one on pleasant valley road instead.

We have had to use this urgent care center many times over the years. They are very considerate and helpful!

They close at 730 I went in at 7: 00 and they tried not letting us in! The door says 730 not 700. They said the doctor left, then said she’s about to leave, then said she is leaving in 10 mins. They kept lying and were in a hurry to leave. Finally they took me back and literally lasted 10 mins. Was that so hard? You still get to leave at the time you are scheduled till. They said the doctor wanted to leave bc she was tired. Um you signed up for this when you went to school

The women at the desk are in too big of a hurry to do their job and getting the billing info correct. Instead of entering the correct insurance information they screw around and send it off to collections instead of doing their job correctly the 1st time. And don't try to call them to straighten it out. They are in to big of a hurry to get off the phone.

I actually had been sick for a while went into the office I didn't wait that long was assisted and then treated and sent on my way

It was my first time there. It was alright but the one nurse I talked to didn’t feel like she known much about my UTI problem or think that I didn’t have a UTI (which I do) but she did listen to my concerns and give me things to watch out for and gave me meds to take. She also felt a bit awkward talking but maybe it’s bc she was shy. Other than that it was good.

Came in crying from pain of a UTI, they turned me down because I missed a bill payment. How can you turn someone down? ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are terrible here. It's disgusting

I presented to the urgent care after work and felt a sudden pain in my chest. I know this facility well and they took wonderful care of me. I probably kept them from other patients, but their concern for me was top notch. I'm so grateful to the doctor and nurses for being so caring and concerned for me. I've not had that from other facilities. They take their time and determine the best course of treatment.

Worst place ever. They treat you like ur a drig addict. They dont test for anything. Not to see if ur pregnant or have a uti. Im nauseous for a reason. Horrible. Follow up with my primary care dr. Obviously i cant get in there. Thats why I came to this place. Never again

Horrible establishment! Do not waste ur money or time going here. The staff was rude and unorganized. I had chest xrays taken on a sunday for a work injury and had to call repeatedly to find out my results. 5days later i find out my results of my xrays, seriously? Go to the ER instead this place should b shut down for incompetence, lack of friendliness and professionalism!

I Love the convenience of this place but the doctors all make me feel like I'm a drug addict just trying to score drugs or something. I went in for my kid and they said they couldn't prescribe me his tylinal but he needed to take it.my doctor prescribes it all the time.

Super fast they were really sweet and caring very helpful and made me feel better awesome deff recommend

Went in about 4: 30 on 03/6/18 only one other prrson ahead of me i only waited about 10 minutes nurse was really friendly and nurse practitioner came in very fast, very professional friendly i was out in like 30 min total. Have been here before and no problems
