6This place is so convenient for my family. We are typically in and out in under an hour and absolutely love the staff. We go here over our primary physician more times than not just due to its convenience. Only con is they don't have imaging options, but that's understandable. Nikki and Kim are fantastic!
Walked in, was treated, and walked out within 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
My family has been to this urgent care five times (once for myself, once for my husband and three times for my toddler). Everyone is beyond friendly and helpful. We received great care on each visit. We got right in and out and didn’t have to wait forever. The eased the stress of my toddler and knew how to talk to him. We love this facility. I’m not sure what is with the negative reviews. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The facility is clean and I have received good care. However, they will explain that they are not an urgent care. They charged office copay but because their nurse-practitioner is not listed somehow with Medical Mutual insurance, I was billed a specialist copay, which is twice the amount of my urgent care copay or my office visit copay. They should not be listed as an urgent care and I will likely go to other urgent cares (if I can’t get in with my PCP) who have charged the urgent care copay to save money. My rating is based on the billing experience.
I had 2 strokes, seen by two Neurologists specialist at University Hospital (Cleveland) for 13 months nothing was done, I needed a second opinion I went to Cleveland Clinic I heard they are the best in ohio, I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET ANGIOGRAM OF THE BRAIN, PROCEDURE WENT WRONG, I WAS DOPED UP AND DROPPED OFF AT THE EMERGENCY ROOM FROM HELL, NO ONE CHECKED ON ME FOR HOURS, WE TOOK OUR OWN IV'S OUT AND LEFT THE ER, TRY TO GET A HOLD OF MY DOCTOR NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS OR EVEN CHECK AND SEE HOW I WAS DOINGCLEVELAND CLINIC MAIN CAMPUS
