Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital

This Hospital Is Horrible. You’ll be in the ER waiting the whole day before being seen! Some rude service! Not friendly at all, lack of empathy and staff could be more helpful making sure people are comfortable! Short staff is always the excuse!

High risk Ob nurse very standoffish and abrupt. Acts like people trying to communicate with her ruined here entire life. We heard her acting dismissive with an ambulance crew and with a patient in anotherroom, telling them they would have to order food somwhere. So it was not just, perhaps a person who was being difficult, she was just being dismissive to anyone who dared communicate with her. If you are that miserable, go find another line of work and not treat patients and other caregivers like they committed a crime you hateful gash.

The front desk staff at check in was so careless. Stood there for a solid minute while they talked to each other before they even asked why I was here or to check me in. The waiting room is extremely dirty for the pediatric area.

The pharmacy is open but not answering their phones I need to know what I can take with a certain medication. I don't want to take something and end up harming myself.

My niece went to Fairview hospital today to see Dr Mitra a neurologist there and she treated my niece horribly to the point my niece was literally in tears I wouldn't recommend Fairview hospital to anyone today is not the first time I've heard bad things but when it comes to my family I have a zero tolerance we will never get treatment there
again!

This worse hospital ever to sit and come into I been here since 6am its going on1 pm nd still haven’t been seen im not understanding why there is so called no rooms to be seen in a hospital

Fairview hospital has always been the best hospital in the Kamms corner area. I was born here 65 years ago and it's still my go to hospital. My mom, 89 years old just had to be taken to the emergency room. She was treated with great respect and kindness and quickly had her stabilized. We were able to be with her in the emergency room and the staff was fantastic. After being transported to her hospital room she nursed back to health by Maria Dvorak. Her care for my mother was excellent. We couldn't ask for anything else. The food was delicious and my mom was able to move on to rehabilitation in a few days. Thanks to Fairview and Maria for the wonderful experience.

Please if you are pregnant and decide to go to this hospital do NOT go see Dr. Ahmed Ahmed. This man is abusive and did testing on me I did not want done. I have been trying to contact him for 8 months. I finally spoke to him and he literally had me in tears with his lack of care. He is a terrible doctor. Doctors like him are the reason women don't trust male doctors. Truly a monster.

I want to compliment Christine! Im not sure if she was a nurse or doctor in the Labor & Delivery/Birthing Center Unit but she made me feel at ease and was very comforting during my c section process and assured me of any worries/doubts I had. She was absolutely amazing and very sweet. She was respectful and listened to everything I had to say especially me being in a state of panic and afraid of the whole c section. Thank you Christine for comforting me since my mom couldn’t come back to the OR with me!

Came here as instructed by my OBGYN to be checked for issues. Waited hours in the delivery room in pain and could not be told when or if a room would be ridiculous. Definitely will be switching my care!

My partner had an excellent experience. Dr. Champagne's surgery was successful - partly due to the wonderful nurses and state-of-the-art surroundings.

I saw Dr. Ahmed Ahmed at Fairview Hospital. He did additional testing without my knowledge or consent which I only found out about because his extra testing showed up as a $1300 bill. I spoke with him about it and it was an even worse experience. He is the kind of doctor that makes women not trust male doctors. I have been trying to remedy this for 8 months and it's still ongoing.

This er is horrible its more talking than anything talking about the people who comes to get seen like a dog tells all your business out in the hallway I've seen this alot they don't care about breaking the law not at all

I'm was a patient at hospital and this is what I see
1 filthy floor next to the walls around the rooms including bathrooms
2 dirty walls
3-got athletes foot from shower
4 - 1 hospital in the world can't afford to get together in the hygiene department

We have had such a good experience here so far Dr. Jensen on pediatric floor is so nice and cooperative too bad she got taken off of our room, but just wanted to give her a little shout out and we love her

Came to visit a friend who was hurt. The staff was very kind to me and patient with her. I am grateful for what they did for us. God Bless.

This place truly needs to be checked out I went to the ER and sat all night with them having no care at all and the place was not even full at all, this is what happens when you deal with a place as big as the Clinic they care less about the people it’s all about money read all the other reviews as you can see they careless and non of the reviews get responded back to from the hospital at all because they do not care, I am truly shocked and in disbelieve to be honest and it’s is crazy you can drive from Fairview Clinic to Parma UH and get treated before you are called in at the Fairview ER Cleveland Clinic you should be ashamed of yourself

Emergency department is RIDICULOUS. You need to revamp your routines and procedures, absolutely unacceptable.

I just want thank everyone from this Hospital. I was in a such pain and they were wonderful. I specially want to thank Carson and Brent from Park View 2nd floor as well the nurses from the ER and doctors. Cleveland clinic have such wonderful nurses and doctors and they did cure my infection while I went to another ER that waisted my time and couldn’t do anything while I needed extensive care. Thank you all for your hard work!
