Cleveland Clinic Gemini Recreation Center, Fairview Park OH

You need to be over 15 to breathe, eat, move, walk, and live at the Gemini Recreational Center. Not to mention that EVERYTHING is closed.like who cares about the dying grannies let me play basketball

It was really fun but then I realized that I was getting scraches from the pool and I started bleeding. And when I was in the wirl pool I kept bumping into the wall and know I have scraches on my back. And the people at the front werent the most welcoming people. But other than that in was fine and I had a great time with my friends.

Horrible trying to get a refund from this place is like pulling teeth, was told I would have the refund process started and should have a check in the mail in a few weeks, weeks go by no check call and leave several messages to the person in charge never hear back again so then after doing this a dozen or more times for weeks I finally just tell the front desk lady and guess what! My refund process was never started to behind with smh, so long story short I was lied to and my time has been wasted oh yeah I was supposed to be called back within the half hour 2 hours later no call and I am now writing a review

I went to the Gemini Center for a bridal shower. I was greeted when walked in and was told banquet rooms are to the right and there were signs with what room my party was at. The room was very comfortable temperature wise and was spacious and clean.

We came to use the pool for the first time. The facility is nice, my family had a great time but I’m giving it one star due to the demeanor of the women at the front desk. They were very rude and condescending, particularly to guests of color. We almost left, but my kids were looking forward to a swim so we stuck it out. They were also very selective on who they said “goodbye” and “have a great day” to. I bet you can guess what race those people were. As a resident of Fairview Park, I’m very disappointed that this even needs to be said, but please correct this behavior.

The Fairview Park Recreation Gemini Center is an excellent and economical gym. The facilities are great, including a fitness center, basketball courts, a natatorium with sauna and kids water playground, and more. It is conveniently located and the staff are friendly and keep the facility clean. It can definitely get busy, but there is generally enough space and enough equipment to go around. I definitely recommend to residents of Fairview Park.

Gemini center is fine. Front desk people dont really know much information. Many of them reply with contradicting answers. And I recently had a horrible experience with Carrie who runs the gym area. She was upset about something due to a miscommunication with the front desk and so she completely yelled at me and humiliated me to the point where I could hardly get a word in edgewise and had to leave the building so that I did not retaliate. She is just awful. My stars will go up if the swiftly handle this situation because while it is a decent place. It is only as good as its management.
