Cleveland Clinic Hudson Express and Outpatient Care

Do Not make an appointment here. You will not be seen. I made an appointment and it’s been over 2 hours in the waiting room. There is a sign that reads “If you have been waiting over 15 minutes please notify front desk” I’ve notified them three times. 1 provider for all the patients is ridiculous. Our healthcare system is broke.

I went there today for my daughter to be seen for her appointment stood in line at the check in desk for over 20 mins and the.was told my daughter couldn’t be seen for her appointment. After her next refill appointment i’ll be transferring her care to someone else.i wasted my time and gas drove 55 miles out my way just to be denied to be seen because the front office staff couldn’t call anyone for help! Then i called on the phone to get ahold of the office after i walked out.i was on hold for over 30 mins. I do no not recommend this location.

Used the call ahead function for my mom and had no trouble at all. Wait time was exactly as predicted. Staff was really nice. Thank you.

Ken and his team are awesome. My daughter complained of ear pain late in the evening and we reached the facility at 7: 28pm. Ken was so accommodating that he saw my daughter even after his shift ended cuz he had 2 mins before they closed for the day. Always in appreciation of the doctors and staff who provide such services.

This clinic is very convenient and usually has a low wait time. Unfortunately, I went there recently with a sore throat, body aches, and mild fever. They told me my symptoms were just allergies, and I would be fine to go to work tomorrow. I practically begged to be tested for Covid, flu, and step. My Covid test came back positive the next day, and they didn’t even call me to tell me- I found out through searching MyChart. I work in healthcare and could have put many patients and coworkers at risk. I called to ask for Paxlovid due to being at high risk for a bad case, and they replied they “don’t do that. ” Save the time (and several hundred dollars!) and just go to your primary care provider.

Loved everyone here both times I had to take my kids in! Very easy process to check in. We even ended up changing our pediatrician to the one that also is in this office and we absolutely love her!

I have been here 3 times in the last couple years and it’s always been a good experience despite being sick. The doctors and nurses are kind and if you go during an off time you won’t wait very long.

My daughter has asthma and a worsening cough. I had been on hold with Akron Children’s for an hour so decided to try this urgent care. Everyone was incredibly helpful and she received compassionate, thorough care.
