You have us here to early for surgery why it's ridiculous waiting an hour and a half before the procedure

Theresa is a bully who has no business working with the public. Her actions online speak volumes.

Completely unprofessional and unsympathetic doctor even though the nurses were very considerate.

My daughter had an emergency appointment at 10: 30 am, my wife and daughter arrived at 10: 25 am for the appointment; they were forced to wait for two hours.

When they inquired about this with the eye doctor, she said: "Well, I still have to treat all my regular patients. " She also said, "They added you last minute. "

This was ridiculous because we made an appointment for an "open slot " - and our appointment was critical for a treatment plan for a serious medical condition. Even though the nurses were extremely apologetic, the doctor's behavior was inexcusably poor.

When the doctor finally agreed to see my daughter, we felt that the doctor did a poor, rushed job (90 seconds), and she was seemingly unaware of the urgency of an emergency appointment scheduled by our rheumatologist, immunologist, and hematologist.

We cannot recommend Dr. Chandni Duphare because of her rude, inconsiderate care.

I have absolutely no words to describe my experience at Cleveland clinic. The staff treated me with so much respect, and Dr Petkovsek treated me like I was family and on the day of my eye surgery. I had no worries whatsoever because I knew I was in the best of hands. There is no doubt in my mind that I am recommending Dr. Petkovsek’s team at Cleveland clinic to friends and family.

The building itself is designed in the style for which the Clinic is famous.stark modern with high vaulted glass ceilings, the likes of which seem to miniaturize the patient. There is nothing warm, inviting or comforting about this place. The exam rooms are in a hectic maze populated by mostly young girls taking images, giving eye drops and even doing injections. The physician dashes in and out in seconds. Stop her at the door if you have any last minute concerns.
Most distressing about the Cole Eye Institute is that it harbors and protects the unscrupulous Dr. KATHERINE TALCOTT. She treated my partner in the Injection Clinic for about a year.
On the last visit, as the technician is preparing the numbing solution, I simply asked "Is that solution sterile? She answered, and left and NOTHING else was said. We do not know what the technician told Dr. Talcott but she immediately enters and angrily snaps at the patient "I do not feel comfortable treating you! "
We are shocked! Without explanation or provocation, she denied him treatment! It was unbelievable and surrealistic.
I have reported this to many authoritative organizations without effect. Dr. Talcott lied and testified that we were
disrespectful to staff, that we questioned the value of treatments, that we yelled at the staff and that leaving without treatment was OUR decision.
The Cleveland Clinic Ombudsman office did their lop-sided investigation and closed the case without judgment despite their knowledge of an eye witness to the events! I was talking to the nurse (M. A. E.) right before Dr. Talcott entered.

PUBLIC BEWARE OF DR KATHERINE TALCOTT
She irrationally violates the Hippocratic Oath and then unconscionably defames and bears false witness against the patient! SHAME on her and SHAME on the medical "community" which protects and empowers hers.

Do NOT go here! The Dr was amazing but you will be told that you only owe the office visit Co-Pay but 6-8 months later Cleveland Clinic with start sending you surprise medical bills for over $300! I have medical insurance and eye insurance. How is this possible? ! I called the billing department only to be told it will go to collections if it isn't paid. This is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT use Cleveland Clinic.

A loved one has received world-class care from the Opthalmologists at the Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute! The Staff that works there are great too! Music Therapy while you are in the waiting room! They have an Optical Center on site too!

Horrendous and incompetent scheduling service, even when refered internally in the system by other Doctors in the Cleveland Clinic system. Thought I had reached an overseas call center in Mumbai.verified it was the Cole EYE Institute, Cleveland clinic. Spelled my name twice, then gave reasons for an urgent referral. Nothing was accomplished, no appt no dayte. Then put into the CL Clinic phone matrix.horrendous. An East Indian female named Brenda took my call. Horrendous

Dr. Shao was good, but the scheduler left a lot to be desired. The scheduler does not consult the patient regarding the date for an appointment and just assigns one.

Parking is impossible unless you're willing to hand your car over to a potentially sick stranger who has ZERO financial responsibility for any damage they cause. Only a lunatic would relinquish control of their vehicle to a valet. If it were a choice and you needed the service, great - but at the Cole Eye institute it's mandatory. I'm never going here again.
