WAITED FOR 2 Hours NEVER SAW A PHYSICIAN. Beyond Horrible

Was the first and last time I ever do this again. Should drop the word express. Super Slow.

I drove over an hour for the ortho express and was told the dr wasn't seeing anymore people even though it wasn't close to closing hours because they had no more xray spots. What kind of urgent care is this? !

They had a customer service girl at the front desk talking loudly about how she lied at her last job about customer service to the people she helped on the phone to her coworkers. I'm 26 and she asked if my injury was due to middle school or high school sports too. The first girl this morning spoke so little English it was laughable. I asked her what her first language was, and since I knew that I asked her my question in what was supposed to be her first language, but she didn't understand the basic words I asked and I passed a fluency test in the language for study abroad. After about five minutes, she pointed to a sign, but couldn't read the sign, and told me it was on the fourth floor when it was on the first. The lab doesn't have proper chairs if you have a leg injury to sit in, and I waited there 30 minutes before they told me they decided to not run tests at all and I was in tears trying to sit so my casted leg wasn't in everyone's way. They also had no wheelchairs until we were leaving after 7 PM when we arrived before 4 PM. Once we finally got in, we were told it was pointless to be there because the call center gave me the wrong information. I had to make another appointment to miss a second day of work this week because of it. The same girl at the front desk looked at the paperwork that said I needed an appointment this week, and told us that her earliest appointment was two weeks from now. Then she didn't even know what she did schedule as she seemed to have no idea if she scheduled physical therapy or for a doctor, and I tried to explain the sheet says both. She stared at her computer dazed a moment trying to figure out which she did, then asked if that was all and if we wanted a printout. I gave up on her at that point. For icing on the cake, I was working on a crafting project while waiting for charity, and the doctor destroyed it taking from me instead of handing to my mother to hold by putting the knitting needle through the mostly-finished piece and ripping a hole in it and it is completely unfixable. It started to unfray the moment I picked it up. Don't go here unless you have zero choice. The UH in Solon for ortho is much better. If you want to stay Clinic, go to Chagrin Falls or Twinsburg, they at least know what they are doing and have staff that know how to do their jobs quickly and efficiently. I sat in the car on the way home wondering if they replaced their staff at the desks with monkeys if you would notice it, then decided the monkeys would do better.

Waited too long to see doctor. We were the only ones in the waiting room.

This place is ridiculous! They should take the word “express” out of the name. At first I waited in the line to just get signed in over 20 minutes with only one person in front of me. Then I waited well over an hour to see the doctor. They have 4 doctors listed on the board and you have to wait this long. It’s ridiculous!

Nurse couldn't check us in for 40m, kept asking for different information with 10,15m intervals we just visited Cleveland Clinic last month no roblems, and then she tells me doctor cany see us, they are busy with other patients, NO ONE IS HERE we are the only patients, dont waiste your time comming here
