3Shame on this provider. They are actively trying to cause the death of a child by denying a lifesaving living donor kidney transplant due to unscientific covid vaccine policy.
My son had surgery almost 2 years ago for desmoid tumors the surgents were excellent they are extremely knowledgeable and excellent surgents I can't say enough how excellent they are an how I had complete faith with my son in their hands. The operation went better than we thought an I truly believe no other surgent could of saved as much intestant as they did. My son just got diagnosis with desmoids again and my surgent in NY were I live told me to contact cleveland again which I was going to since they saved my son 2 years ago. I called talked to Kevin he told me the surgents would look at the report and the scans an tell me if they can do anything for my son. So once again I put my faith in the surgents to help my son if they can because I'm a scared mom. Its been almost 2 months I haven't heard anything nothing I called was told they are looking at scans will call me back soon like I said that was before Christmas. If they can't or don't want to or to busy to help my son just call an tell me its just a 5 minute phone call. I'm scared which I exspessed to him and nothing. How can they be so good than 2 years later not care. Very disappointed if you can't call people back DON'T take them on.
