Cleveland Indians Team Shop

I placed a phone order a few weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've been tracking it and consistently get a "Pending" update. I contacted Fedex and am told via virtual assistance it's pending, there's no additional information. I called the team store and they initially couldn't even find my transaction. I was told I must have bought it from mlb.com (which I should have). I said no, my bank statement says Cleveland. After much hold time, it was finally located in their records and their response was the same as FedEx's—that they have no control over my order once the shipment leaves their store. Then I requested a refund and I was told by the manager I can't get a refund until I receive the order.

I shopped at the Guardians Team Shop early December (December 5th) they were ALREADY out of gift boxes. They charge top dollar for everything but couldn't plan ahead with a team name change and holiday season, anticipating demand, to order enough boxes to last until early December? The staff are snippy about too, not a warm and fuzzy place to shop. This organization is cheap from one end to the other. I'll bet if they charged for the boxes there would have been plenty.

I've been to other sports gift shops and they had more of a variety especially ornaments which I was looking for. When I went to a KC royals game their store was nice had a lot to choose from. This store didn't have much. Wasn't to impressed.

I have been to other team stores and many options for many different items such as magnets, cups, etc. The team store at progressive field did not have a lot of those options. Some hats and shirts and that was about it.

Very disappointed with my latest visit regarding your employee Tara. Tara just about ruined my trip to an otherwise amazing stadium. Her rude attitude and short answers made for an uncomfortable experience while shopping. I would recommend making her aware of her service issues and have the other kind staff help her because they were wonderful! The young brunette was particularly kind and helpful however! Loves the jerseys too

They really did not have much more than a regular merch stand. And there was line to get in. Seems easier to save the time and go to a smaller stand to get merch.

They went above and beyond looking for a cup that they swear they had but couldn't find. Pretty sure the whole staff was looking for it

Staff was friendly and the shop is well put. Unfortunately I couldn't find the cap I wanted (turned out to be a limited edition series). If you can't find it here you would likely not be able to find it anywhere else.

Expensive and a pain to navigate during this pandemic but lots to choose from and my bf was freezing during the game so i bought him a hoodie and he was warm and looked cute in it

So happy that they're allowing fans back into the stadium. They've done a really good job dealing with this mess

Thank you for excellant and quick service. With all the shipping delays everyone else is having I never thought I would get my order before christmas, but it came in 4 days.

Visited on Feb. 8th. Very friendly staff and a great little shop. Good luck this year! I think you'll do a lot better than my Brewers!

Great selection but wish they did not get rid of Chief Wahoo. Do not like the block "C". The cursive "I " is better.

Nice selection of items, always a line on game day. It's the team shop at the ballpark, so I wouldn't expect anything less.

Great place, lots of staff, check out line was very long, but moved fast! Bring your wallet, very expensive.
