I had an issue with my then-current (and recently cancelled) home insurance where they wanted to spike my renewal rate over FIFTY percent. Apparently the markets are pretty volatile and nearly all agencies are raising rates right now. But for a loyal customer of over 15 years, I've learned the hard way that brand loyalty means nothing. I needed to jump ship, and fast. On top of that, I've been very busy with work and life, and simply didn't have time to compare quotes with multiple agencies like I used to.

She knows all the ins and outs of these agencies - she's also a licensed realtor, so she has extensive industry knowledge. She would constantly communicate everything to me in detail, and got me set up on the right track towards choosing a new insurance agency. Comparing quotes is a lot of work, and she really went above and beyond to bring my costs down to levels I didn't even think were possible - AND with getting better coverage to boot!

I'm now set up with a much better insurance agency, with a home and auto bundle. As everything has been going up in price for seemingly no reason nowadays, Jenn proved that there are still significant savings to be had out there. If you've never used an independent agent before, don't hesitate as they will help find what is best for you! My only regret is that I wish I'd done this sooner.

No one ever likes to make a switch with things like insurance, but as rates keep changing, I'm sure I will need to do this again from time to time. I'll be using Cleveland Insurance Brokers again when that time comes! Keep being awesome, Jenn & team!
