Nearing 69 years-of-age, this was my first root canal performed expertly by Dr. Joseph Charnas, and his able assistant, Rachel. Kudos to the entire team for their professionalism, care and concern for their patients. This is a well-run office, too, which is important in today's hectic society. Everything went smoothly including on the very first call to Holly. Thank you for alleviating my fears, and for the good vibes. I'm looking forward to my follow-up visit in six months.

Dr. Andrea Nunney is an exemplary endodontist! She is professional and so caring. Dr. Nunney took the extra time to diagnose and set a plan for my follow-up root canal protocol and she worked directly to discuss with my dentist via a phone call. My detailed reports and x-rays were sent promptly to my dentist as well. Dr. Nunney went over and beyond to care for me and I am so grateful. I highly recommend Dr Nunney, her technicians and Holly in the front office.

From the initial examination to the completion of my root canal, Dr. Charnas and his staff, put me at ease every step of the way. He had a very pleasant approach as he explained the procedure and answering all my questions. I especially appreciated his emphasis on keeping me informed and comfortable during the root canal. He assured me there would be no pain and there truly wasn't any. Dr. Charnas continued to inform me of what to expect at regular intervals. I could completely relax knowing I wouldn't be startled by the unexpected. At the conclusion of the procedure, he provided a verbal summery of what to expect during the healing phase, along with detailed written instructions. The post-root canal healing was equally smooth and uneventful. Thank you, to Dr. Charnas, for his skilled expertise and his personable manner. For those in need of outstanding endodontic care, I highly recommend Dr. Charnas and his staff.

Dr. Nunney did an excellent job on my root canal. She and her staff were very professional and continued to look out for my comfort throughout the procedure. The recovery has been quick and I highly recommend Dr. Nunney!

I had a five star experience with Dr. Dimassa at Cleveland Leaders in Endontics. From the moment that I stepped foot into the building until I was getting out of the chair, I was thoroughly impressed.

The office and waiting room were cozy and beautifully designed. The two beautiful receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The dental assistant was efficient and thorough. She also helped me through an awkward situation without making me feel embarrassed. She was awesome.

I was also in awe of the state of the art imaging equipment used during my visit. Now to the most important part of this review:

Dr. Dimassa was very personable and attentive. He made sure that I was comfortable, at ease, and in no pain. He made sure that I was informed before and during my procedure. This was hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had. I only wish that they were general dentists because I would love to go back.

I had the best experience EVER. Starting with the office staff and technicians who were kind, courteous and very efficent. Dr. Alexander J. DiMassa did a root canal for me. Throughout the procedure he was concerned with my comfort and understanding of what he was doing. ABSOLUTLY. A-1. I will recommend anyone.

I Was in Cleveland, visiting from Houston, and had a tooth flare up. After a call to my daughters dentist, I was in the chair meeting Dr. Andrea Nunney in about 90 minutes. This group was incredibly flexible and responsive. An hour later, a root canal, pain relief, and a new professional acquaintance was completed. My guess is that I wasn't lucky. I was referred/guided to a great team.

I had such anxiety getting my first root canal. I recall hearing how bad they were when I was younger so needless to say I was dreading getting one done. Dr. Charnas was fantastic during the whole procedure. From start to finish I never felt any pain. He took time before the procedure to answer any questions I had and help ease any anxiety by explaining the procedure. He frequently checked in during the procedure to make sure I was ok and not feeling any pain. Dr Charnas was caring, gentle and clearly an expert at what he does. I can’t say enough about how he made and experience I was absolutely dreading into a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr Charnas for any of your endo needs!

I had some anxiety going into this appointment but from the very start Dr. Charnas put me at ease. It helped that he shared every step of the procedure and completed the root canal in ONE appointment! It was far easier than I had anticipated but feel strongly it was because of his excellent patient care.

Dr Nunney was recommended to me by my dentist. She did amazing work and saved my tooth! She was very skilled in her work & my dentist even complemented how well done the root canal was. Dr. Nunney is amazing. I am an extremely fearful patient. I had high anxiety going in for an abcessed molar/root canal. Dr. Nunney assured me I would be fine and immediately put me at ease. Of course the nitros oxide helped too! I went back today for the second session of the root canal and I can tell you Dr. Nunney did not hurt me and she did an amazing job. After the novicane wore off, I had no pain what so ever. I highly recommend Dr. Nunney and her entire staff. My hygenist was just as accommodating. Thank you Dr. Nunney for putting your extreme good skills to work for me!

This was our first experience with this office! And let me tell you…that this office…both front office staff and the Doctors were all fantastic! They have not only fantastic doctors with excellent bedside manner, who does excellent endodontic procedures, but they honestly have one of the best front office staff with the best and most unique, outstanding and welcoming personality That I have experienced in a long time! I am a nurse and have managed offices and departments for many years at the hospital! And this office certainly deserve many kudos!

Dr. Charnas is the best! I had an appointment for a root canal and when I went in Dr. Charnas started asking me more questions. Based on my answers he said we need to “press pause” on the root canal and investigate a little further. Turns out he saw a VERY small crack in my tooth, fixed the crack along with his wonderful assistant Rachel, put in a temporary filling (to replace the other one) and sent me to my dentist for the permanent filling. True integrity!

Highly recommend Dr. Charnas, who treated a family member of mine. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose and explain the treatment. Rachel, his assistant, was wonderful as well. I am a dentist on the west coast, and Dr. Charnas even took the time to speak with me over the phone about the findings and proposed treatment. Highly recommend C. L.
