Shady owner never received title to the car he sold me. Kept 6,000 dollar down payment and took the car back. Saw him 2 days later door dashing in the car. This was by far the worst car buying experience I ever had. Please don't go here, over a year later and still fighting for my money back.

I been making payments on a 2001 Monte Carlo they want over $8,000. For the last 6 months I can't get a hold of anyone. I go out to the one in Elyria know one is ever there I leave messages after messages know one is getting back to me at all I would give them a 0 if it would let me

I have had car for 3 months they refuse to give us a title memoranda title to e check and plate new car. They refuse our calls. The car we traded in was never paid off.

Selling bad automobiles i bought my car may 2020, i work on the road they did not service my vehicle before I took it off the lot. Car had a broken windshield when i bought it. They wrote a 30day out fix if it was out of the 30days they wouldnt fix that. Had two flat tires with in the 6 months of purchasing never reimbursed. Check engine light came on in the same stint in time, refuser to look at my vehicle. Very disappointed that i purchased throught them on the account that no accountability held on their end.

Great SUV. Had it checked out the day after I bought it and Conrads said it was a great vehicle and the only thing it was going to need in the foreseeable future was tires. I was pretty persistent about what price I was going to pay and the salesman at the time (who isn't there anymore) had an attitude about going back and forth with the finance person. Kept asking are you going to let a couple hundred dollars keep you from this vehicle.yes! Yes I am. There was also a problem with the title, but that wasn't the dealerships fault. It was that the auction that they bought it from in New York took forever getting the titles, plus during Covid it wasn't easy process. The new staff worked really hard to make sure that I got my title. I bought it the beginning of August and I just got my title. The new staff worked really hard to make sure that I was happy that I had a temporary tags in the meantime. I don't know if the complaints about this place were with the old staff or because you didn't do your due diligence in picking out a car.

Cleveland Motor Center got me in, approved, and driving away in a new car the same day! They’re great, Juan and Rachel are the best. Great customer service. Make sure to stop in

Sold my friend a car that had a bad frame with holes everywhere, cracked windshield, and a bad rear diff. They did their best to hide all the problems by adding motor honey and throwing dirt over the patches, sketchy place to go to, NEVER buy a car from them, run the other direction

Slow not really communicative I've went up there twice both times filed out a app and never heard back

Never answers the phone and didn’t send me my title, waited for two weeks. Staff hung up on me and never called back when I asked for management.
