Worst dealer that i see, useless workers, and so stupid, also charge me 25% for restocking same day return for a wrong part. Don’t go there, just loose money

My experience is only with the guys at the parts shop NOT service. Dealing with the parts department over the past 3 years:
This is the most awful customer service i have ever dealt with, but we have to because they are the closest dealer to us. I know many other carriers who go to Canton just because how awful the guys at the parts store at the Cleveland store are

I needed my idle shutdown removed, pulled in and they did it, 10 mins. No charge to me!
