Went in for a birth certificate. After filling out the requisite form in the lobby, I entered queue. I was eighth in line, but was able to have concluded my business inside of 15 minutes.
An absolutely delightful greeter and efficient clerks made for a better than expected experience.
The only downside was that I overfed the parking meter.

Andrea Kacinari was absolutely incredible! My birth certificate only had my last name on it since the handwritten first two names did not appear on the digitalized version. But she tracked down the details of my original birth certificate and was able to arrange for me to receive an official birth certificate by mail with my full name in only a couple of weeks. Thank you so much for your fantastic efforts on my behalf!

First off the hours are wrong they don’t open until 10 (fix that on the site!) and the people in there don’t know anything. Useless

I can see why these reviews are so low, I spoke to someone from this office who wasn't really helpful at all, I've ordered a birth certificate online for a very time sensitive issue and have been unable to reach anyone else by phone, I've been calling multiple times a day everyday, my next course of action is to pay for a
unnecessary round trip there to walk in and out with a certificate that I really need at 10 times the cost

I have been trying to reach an actual person for weeks. I have my birth certificate, but it does not have my time & placeof birth etc.parents names etc. Unbelievable.
