My aunt is there right now you people have let her fall she has to wait on herself and the staff is so unprofessional so disrespectful they holler at her treat her like she don't have family like some in there please don't send your love one there

If I could I would have given them a negative one million. This is the worse place I ever been. The staff here have nasty attitude and they are so unprofessional and rude. They out in the hallway making all kinds of noise and cussing. The food is cool and taste nasty. And the place looks like it stuck in the 70's. I will not recommend this is at all. Do not send your love ones here if you love them.

So far so good. Read these reviews and honestly was super concerned landing here. Just had surgery on left knee and left ankle. Got here 2 days ago. Some folks are by NATURE loud. Lol. Thats not there fault! Remembering we who come here should be greatful that they took you in. (Unless something is or was criminal) have some thicker skin folks. Although this place is in need of some paint. The bedding & restrooms acceptably clean. Meals well. They have to cook for a few dozens folks plus. Thats got to be a serious job. This is NOT as bad as these reviews ive read. Thise peps are crazy. Silverspoon folks (more than likely) I say life give ya lemons. Well as they say make ya some lemonaid.:) thumbs up!

Stay away. Very dirty, cramped rooms, loud, angry employees, poor care, terrible food. This place is urban/nasty at its worse. There are many great nursing facilities in Cincinnati. I have seen them through care of my family member. You can do much better.

I've been here since November 4th of 2018 and I had a rough time at first but when I got to know the staff I felt more comfortable. The food is horrible needs improvement bad. I recently had a very bad experience while I was out visiting someone and was put in the hospital while I was in the hospital I was visited by two angels (as I like to call them) from the center they made sure that I I was ok and they came to visit me 3 days in a row. They made it easier for me to come back to the center knowing that they care about me and are there if I need to talk. I'm very thankful for everything that this place has done for me and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Thank you!

Prior to being an employee of Communicare Health Services, my grandmother was a resident for about 4 years until the time of her passing. During her stay along with the high's and low's of the aging process-our entire family felt she was treated with dignity and respect and with the utmost of care. Time has passed and we have many memories of my grandmother.and we will always look back fondly of my grandma's experience at Clifton Care Center.

The staff is very rule I called for an application I put in and was told I didn't have it and have not yet taken a background check. The hiring manger is hiring on likes not experience.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Upper management seems to be a voice for the staff but not for the residents. This place needs to be Re-staff with loving caring people who has a heart for nursing and treat each resident with dignity and respect.

Patients and employees always in good spirits when I visit. Great Staff. My uncle is very happy! Thank you!

As I was reading the reviews I noticed there was a review a year ago, then the same person put another review eight months later. I hope you did not leave your love one there if you felt it was that bad.

I have not had a bad experience. My experience has been good. I appreciate all that the employees do. The work they do is not easy, I recognize this.

My brother was taken here from another hospital. He has many chronic health conditions. He has had to call 911 twice because no one would help him. He swears a nurse tried to smother him with a pillow in the middle of the night but he was able to scream and fight her off. When me and my mother questioned this we were both told “why don’t you come and get him”! This is a horrible nursing facility run by horrible people. This place needs to be investigated.

This place need to be closed down the staff is very rude think twice before you send your love one here

THIS PLACE IS HORRIABLE I HAD TO CALL 911 FROM HOME FOR MY MOM AND SHE WAS IN BAD SHAPE BY TIME SHE GOT TO GOOD SAM SHE HAD TO BE ADMITTED TO ICU I. MY MOM HAD TO SCREAM OUTFORTHE NURSE TO CONE AND WHEN THE AMBULANCE ARRIVED THEY COULD NOT FIND THE NURSE EITHER DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVEDONES THERE

I had to Go here post op. Staff was rude and unprofessional. They put thier hand on patients and talk and treat them like dogs. If I had a lovedone there I would be ashamed and carry the guilt of that decision for the rest of my days. This place should be closed or restaffed at the very least.

Ghetto nurses from brown Mackie, everyone from HR down to housekeeping are either related, friends, etc, abuse their residents, just a hell hole
