It's better than shopping in a thrift store where some people don't have the good sense to wash the stank off their items before donating them! And there's a rewards program. Prices? They are fair for the most part. Some lower-end places have a lot of nerve charging top dollar for sh! T that's donated. I really have a hard time finding things that suit me but sometimes I do at CM. And I saved the most negative things for last: The staff! Not all of them, and not all the time, but jeeze maneeze! They can be so rude! And I learned to not even bother bringing items here to resell. Getting them to buy anything is like walking through the eye of a needle.

I had just come from Platos & had never been in there. I figured I wouldn’t get much for my stuff after reading reviews, but I never got the chance to see. The employee taking our information was named “Keri” & she was extremely rude because I was younger and we had watched her interact with older women and she was much nicer to them. I understand that we were younger kids, but if you want us to buy or sell, just be nice! It was busy, I can understand that as well, but after shopping around we decided not to stay. When we asked for our stuff back she was rude and acted sarcastic about why we were leaving. She will be the reason I do not recommend this location for younger shoppers or people who like to be respected. Prices are also on the high side, especially for a second-hand store.

Nice location, you can always count on finding something at a good price.comparable to goodwill prices but they are very good at only taking in very gently used clothing and good brand items.try to stop by frequently because they get new stuff daily.nice selection of inexpensive jewlery

I went to Clothes Mentor last April looking to see if they had anything nice that I could wear to get married in. Doreen Delamater was my personal shopper that day, she picked out so many cute dresses for me. The third dress I tried on was exactly what I wanted. Doreen did such a wonderful job helping me. She helped make my special day fantastic with my beautiful dress. I highly recommend shopping here and getting a personal shopper to help you. Doreen Delamater is the best. Five stars guys great store and great staff!

I was told it would be about 45 minutes for my clothes to be looked through & an offer made, since I live approximately 20 minutes away I waited. You give your cell number they text you when done. I shopped their entire store for well over an hour, no text. Asked how much longer it would be I was told I was next seller. I went & sat in my car for over another hour. It took a total of 2 & 1/2 hours well over the 45 minutes I was told. I only decided to stay because if I drove home I would have only had 5 minutes at home before I drove the 20 minutes back. If I was told the accurate 2 & 1/2 hours I have MANY, MANY other things to do with my time, I would not have waited. Then after asking them when they were 15 minutes over promised time, I still waited ANOTHER 1 & 1/2 hours! I get their process it takes as long as it takes but REALLY they should have a note ACCURATE grasp of the time it will take. They knew I was waiting!

I didn't buy anything that day but pleased with the service. They always say hello when you walk in the door and asking if you need help. Great store, service and nice clean clothing and huge selection. It was a day that I didn't have much time or I would of bought clothing for sure.

I am never wasting my time with this place ever again. I have been taking my gently used clothes to Clothes Mentor in several other cities prior to North Canton. Never have I experienced what I have here. They hardly take anything. Obviously, they cannot take everything. However, I just took 20+ items, some of them being maternity which were only worn one or twice, and I was told that they were taking a lot of at this time. Some pieces were even Calvin Klein. Again, I am well aware there are restrictions and not everything can be taken. But it is absolutely insane to me the things they do not take, and this is not the first time this has happened. Everyone has been so nice but seriously DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Large selection of clothes and accessories at decent prices. Clean and well maintained. They buy more clothes than some other locations.

This store is hit or miss with me. Sometimes I do well, but the last few times I haven't and the selection has been poor. I haven't bought one item the last three times I have been in the store.

I have brought some nice clothes to this store and keep leaving asking "Why? ". They give you nothing for them and they say we put the brand in the computer and this what we offer. It is a slap in the face! A nice winter coat used a couple times. Too big now but originally purchased at $100. Was offered $7.40. I'm sure they will easily get $50 for it. Only 1 year old. This one will go to the Women's shelter!

Extremely rude staff. Brought in 3 pairs of uggs and waited an hour and a half only for them to not be done, but someone else that brought stuff in after us had already got there stuff.

I was overwhelmed by the beautiful clothes, shoes coarse and jacket's! All in fantastic shape and cheap! I love thus store!

Took a lot of nice expensive clothes here and they didn't buy not one thing. Ended up taking it to the Goodwill instead.

My wife found a few items of clothing that were brand new yet only a few dollars. A great place to look for professional clothing.

I was very pleased at how the store looked. Bright and neat. I love the way the clothes are set up showing very plain size and style. Although I didn't find exactly what I was looking for this time, I will be back.

Decent deals on nearly new clothes. They have a very strict buying policy, so it's hard to sell any clothes, but easy to find nice, stylish stuff.

Love this store but I’m honestly so sick of phylicias attitude at the register. She has been my cashier like 3 times and the last time i finally caught her name tag. Every experience just got worse. She’s always so rude and always looks/acts annoyed. She gives off that vibe like i need to apologize for even bothering her. I’ll find somewhere else to shop.

Staff are mean and judgemental. I think they forget that they are selling USED clothes. They dont work in an upscale boutique, which is how they act. The prices aren't that great for used items that come mostly from places like old navy, target, and kohl's. I sometimes sell items here. But I wont buy from here again.
