Horrible experience! The selection was bad as the service I received which was none! I walked in it’s 4 employees and not one of them greeted me not one! Didn’t even look my way and I was the only customer in the store today Thursday July 2 at 12pm! Not one asked me if I needed help the way they looked I didn’t even want to ask for help. I wasn’t happy with the selection of style the mood in the store made it worst. I walked out and STILL not one employee said have a nice day or morning not a word. Will not return to this location

I love Clothes Mentor! I have bought and sold with them. I have had awesome luck there finding plus sizes and xxl clothes for work! I have also had amazing luck with shoes. I have purchased UGG boots and Lucky Brand booties. It is all chance when you walk in, but they definitely choose great items.

I am a regular shopper, the staff is always great. I am greated by my name when I walk in. They have even learned style. They pull my holds as soon as I walk in the door. The manager has done a great job with her team. I love my girl Haley!

The women who work there are friendly and helpful. They don't hover, you have to do all your own searching.

Friendly staff. Sold items and shopped. Some items were pretty low quality (looked old/worn). Was quoted a 25 minute wait for an offer, ended up waiting for over an hour and a half because "we got busy".

Wished I had gotten a bit more from some of the items I brought in. 2 I had never worn. But understand they need to make money as well. Sadly I spent twice as much than I got for the items I sold. Nice place but couldn't really find but a few things for myself. Did get a cute purse for $13. Associates were pleasant and it was pretty clean for a resale shop. I will definitely go back.

Love shopping here especially for my business casual clothes - I have saved a ton of money picking them up secondhand. They carry clothes in a good range of sizes. I have had good luck in the XL-XXL range.

Rude snotty workers who never even looked thru my stuff didnt pull one item out, i watched them do nothing then I'm telling me they were not taking anything watched me walk around the shop for another 25 minutes and then finally when I went to counter said oh we can't take anything cuz I have clearly seen the exact same stuff I had on the Shelf without tags in worse condition so no I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason they're overpriced bougie and ridiculous

I frequent Clothes Mentor stores because I can always get trendy, high end clothing for low prices.

Worst company ever. I sold a lot of designer stuff to them, went to buy a backpack that they advertised on Instagram and it was never even there. Plus I looked at two Louis Vuitton purses and neither had a serial number, which means they are fake.

Did a half as job only looking through half the clothing my girlfriend brought in and gave her $4.40 for some jeans that they where selling for $20 they would rather gossip about their sex life then work

Okay selection. Employees are always more worried about stories and gossip to tell each other rather than assisting a customer.

Not much, if any, for men. But I would only know this as my girlfriend dragged me into the place.

Men: There is an auto parts store in the same strip mall. Tell her you will meet her there when she is done.

I was worried it would be a little too conservative for me because I'm plus size. I was pleasantly surprised they have a nice plus size selection it's so worth it to check it out the clothes are very nice.

Love this place! I'm not much of a shopper, but this place is well-organized and clean. I can always find what I'm looking for!

A hidden treasure! I wear a larger size and they have the cutest clothes. They have purses jewelry shoes and sunglasses! Reasonable prices too! Love this place!
