Nice place to rent if you are having a smaller (around 60 people) party

This was the perfect size venue for our event. Nice size kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerators, 10 tables with chairs, three piece kitchen sink. No security deposit whole day rental for $175. Thanks to Norwalk rec for supplying such a nice venue.
Only thing is it could have been a little cleaner. Kitchen sinks needed washed, you definitely want tablecloths for the tables and the refrigerator needs cleaned. But for the price it certainly suited our needs.
