I have been going here for about 15 years now. The last time I tried to make an appointment the lady I spoke with was extremely snarky and didn't seem to care about any of my questions I had for her. I would not recommend anymore unfortunately. Just seems they don't care anymore, she even told me it doesn't matter if I go somewhere because they have"hundreds" of clients.

I love this place and I'm so glad I found it. The staff is always kind and helpful and they do a great job. Only place I'll ever go for eye glasses and contacts.
