CMS did a phenomenal job on my home. Their determination and commitment to getting our roof installed all in one day. We have large home with different levels and they succeeded. Mr. Cruz and Mr Ibarra job well done.

Other than it taking a long time, it was in between Thanksgiving and Christmas and we did have a lot of rainy days, I think they did a good job. Mike kept me informed as to what was going on. The price was exceptionally good compared to other quotes I received.

We first met Cristian Ibarra in August when he stopped by and asked if he could inspect our roof after the huge hail storm that came through our area, which had also broken a window. He did find a lot of hail damage that we didn’t even realize we had. He helped us through the entire process of making a claim through our insurance company, State Farm. That was much easier said than done. State Farm threw every roadblock and every bit of red tape they possibly could at us. Cristian persevered and navigated it all without losing his cool. He never gave up and he remained professional throughout the entire circus that is State Farm claims. Our roof was completed in December, right before Christmas. His crew worked into the cold night with lights to get the job done for us. Their clean up was meticulous. We can’t remember ever having met such an organized, focused, professional person run such an efficient crew. We are so happy with our beautiful new roof and look forward to having the inside of our house repaired with no more worries about water damage. Thank you Cristian! You are the very best! My Experience with CMS Roofing was EXCEPTIONAL because of my Project Manager Christian! From the beginning to the end he was a 10/10 with overcoming delays, my personal objections, and difficulties with the insurance company. Christian is a professional and a pleasure to work with. The crew he managed did a FANTASTIC job and left the site clean and nail free. My new roof looks AMAZING and I would recommend CHRISTIAN and his crew to any of my friends or family!

CMS was efficient and turned our 20+ yr old shingle roof in Sarasota FL into a metal roof that we are very excited about. Our project manager Justin was also awesome along with our sales manager - friendly, informative, and responsive - the work done is also great. We are very happy with our new roof and quality and worth every penny, which was very competitively priced and far less than a y other metal roofs we were looking at.

Our roof came out great. Justin was the guy we dealt with and was here for most the project to answer any questions we had. When he was not at the house a text or phone call was all we needed to have any issues dealt with or questions answered.
The crew they sent was super respectful of the property, was very diligent in keeping my yard clean everyday. No thrash, no mess no fuss.
Everyone cms had out was fine to deal with our dogs as they typically free roam the yard. Overall we are very satisfied with the price and outcome, and are extremely pleased with the whole process and everyone we dealt with. Definitely a 5 star company and service.

Mike who ran the project of doing our roofs at the beach is exceptional employee. Had a great personality and very respectful.

CMS helped me get my roof taken care of. In the fall my roof lost some shingles in a storm, and there was leaking in the attic. Henry Cruz from CMS came out, gave me an estimate and was able to get the leaking area tarped while I was waiting for the installation. My 110 year old home now has a beautiful standing seam metal roof, and people near me keep asking about it. Henry was friendly and professional, and the roofing installation team was also. They were always able to answer any questions that I had about the roofing material and the installation. When my roof was stripped, they tarped all around the house. At the end of each day they picked up all the scrap pieces and went around the yard with large magnets to pick up all of the nails and roofing pieces. They left the yard looking neat at the end of each day, and at the end of the installation. These guys were great!

Everything went very smooth. Mike did a great job keeping us informed through the process. Thank you CMS Roofing.

I was in a weird situation with my roof. I had a company come out and tell me I had storm damage and they’d be able to replace my roof through my insurance. We filed a claim got through a lot of the ins and outs involving the claim. Then it got to a point where that company just left me hanging. Months go by then claim gets closed.

Then comes to my door Cristian Ibarra representing CMS! I tell him my situation and he finds it very odd they left me hanging and that he’d like to try and take over. Within a couple weeks he gets the claim reopened. Turns out all he had to do was take the time to show my existing shingle does not exist anymore. Cristian gets the approval for replacement from my insurance. In a very timely manner, my roof is replaced.

Cristian from day one he was very professional in how he took care of everything. He was communicated everything to me, calling and updating every step of the way. I could not be happier working with him during this process! I appreciate everything! Thanks Cristian Ibarra and the CMS staff.

Also, the crew was at my house when I left for work early in the AM and everything was done and cleaned up when I got home from work. The roof looks great, with some upgrades Cristian was able to work in for no charge!

At first I was a little skeptical of the advertisement "Metal for the price of asphalt" however at 60 years of age I am still being taught that I have a lot to learn because this company really came through on their word and our new metal roof looks amazing. I had an amazing service that worked around my schedule. Everything was explained in great detail so I did not have any surprises. I'm looking forward to having them do additional roofing and siding in the future. Make sure to ask for Cristian. He's simply amazing. And had a great eye for detail.

As a first time homebuyer, I was completely clueless about the extent of the wind damage on my roof and how to effectively communicate with my insurance company.
The first time I spoke with CMS I was taken care of by Henry. He told me at the estimate that he was going to help me every step of the way and he followed through on that 100%. I was pleased to be told upfront that when dealing with insurance companies it takes a long time to review and approve the work. In the meantime, CMS protected my home until they had the OK from my insurance company. This gave me peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to worry about more damage.
Henry took the time to help me understand what was wrong with my roof so I could effectively convey the information to my insurance (who fought me every step of the way). I spent months advocating for my home, with the help and support of Henry, to eventually get a full replacement for both my home and my detached garage.
Once approved, CMS scheduled me within days. The roofing crew was friendly, professional, and respected my property during their time here.
