7When I needed credit and a car, Byrider Euclid helped me out. I built up my credit and now I drive a 2021 Dodge Charger Scatpack. You have to crawl before you can walk sometimes!
Jd byrider is awesome but cnac is very rude and disrespectful they claim that you can pay ahead then not be charged twice but that's a total lie I pay one day the next day they are pulling more money out of my bank account then when I call they start yelling and screaming at me claiming I can't trust there website telling me to calm down that I'm in the wrong when they are the ones yelling at me I'm at my breaking point with cnac
Horrible place to get a car. I was ñate on payment now they locked account and told me I have to give them so much money for them to even talk to me.won't takemy info for auto pay and when I did have auto pay they would take it at 6: 59 am and if it didn't qork they were blowing me up from every numberiv contacted them 42 times in 2 months to set up auto pay and make payment and they will not take a payment unless I give them double what I owe
Absolutely vile criminal enterprise. Ridiculous interest rates in conjunction with terrible customer service and harassment. This company should be shut down and anyone who works for them should feel deeply ashamed. What they do to people with poor credit is despicable. Avoid CNAC and byrider at all costs. Your life will be ruined. Again, this is a crime ring operating as a finance company. Disgusting!
I can understand not taking payment over the phone before business hours, but how do you get upset when someone is calling to make a payment during business hours. Customer service needs some serious help.
I keep getting calls about my payment which you all take payday, now I don’t know if the guy is in a rush or what but every time I call back he’s clueless on what’s going on. And today he had the nerve to hang up me when I questioned why he ain’t see my payment
