COACH Outlet, Sunbury OH

Forgot the ladies name I believe it was Sally, helped me over the phone find a very limited product that was listed as sold out online, I just recently became a member, I am now a member for life. This lady is ALL STAR status

They have some sales out to her at the outlet for maybe seventy-five 80% off of some things. You know during the pandemic do you know leftover stuff but it was okay to have some new things out there but some things that just repeated as you know Coast as other than that good shopping.

Gave it a 2 star because it seemed like a much smaller store than the usual and I wasn't greeted like the other customers. Also, no one asked if I needed help the entire time I was in the store. There were a few bags I couldn't reach and had to wait for my husband to get them down so I could look at them. Did find a wallet for my husband that was decent quality but at checkout instead of the person asking if I had shopped with coach before she asked for an email address just assuming I had not shopped there before. So now I have realized that the purchase I made today will not be under my account. So instead of buying a bag there I went to another store nearby and purchased a super cute bag. I don't see myself returning to this particular store again to buy anything. I'll stick to the store closer to my home that provides better customer service when I buy my next bag. I frequently buy coach bags so it was disappointing this store won't be an option for me when I'm in the area.

It's always great to look at the new items.
Denim isn't my go-to, but still fun to see the new things.

Love the Coach outlet at Tanger mall. They have really good prices. Hope Tyler likes his Birthday gift, Love you Son.

My strap got ripped and took it to see if they was anything they could do. And they found a new one for me! In and out in about ten minutes. Great experience

Salespersons were really nice as soon as I entered I was greeted and I had a bag that was on hold which was the last bag and they were able to accommodate me very well

Bought a purse 4 days later it goes on sale for 20% online at coach outlet said I would have to return it then repurchase so I'm just going to return and be done with coach

My favorite store! I found some great sale items for less than $125. Sshhhh. Going back in the morning to get this beautiful blue because I deserve it!

Coach didn't really have anything on sale and they had no clearance but they have 15% off for the 4th but they didn't have nothing

Despite being largely ignored for our first 5 plus minutes in the store (even to the point of 2 chatting staff members taking their conversation elsewhere when we came near), the shop has a wide selection of merchandise with good outlet prices. We were eventually asked if we needed assistance and cashiers were friendly. Bought what I was looking for so well worth it!

The customer service experience in this store was outstanding. MANY other retailers could learn a valuable lesson or two from the way Coach does it. And I'm super happy with my new business card holder.
