Coaches Gahanna reviews
12Visited the outside patio of this place. It has a great patio area with plenty of seating, several corn hole boards, multiple tvs and a bar. Most of the patio area is covered, so you are protected from rain etc. We ordered everything (drinks and food) from the bar area outside on the patio. The drinks were decent. Pizza was good and it was reasonably priced. There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building. The restrooms were clean.
I was in this establishment about three months ago and there was an extremely drunk guy trying to get into peoples cars. I tried to be a good guy and let the bartender know that someone should get the guy home before something bad happens to him considering he couldn’t even figure out which car was his. The bartender Victoria immediately ran over to his friend and escalated the situation BIG TIME. I don’t drink alcohol at all I go there to eat! Next thing I know drunk guys buddy is in my face and multiple other peoples threatening violence and even threatened to go get a gun and come back. I went back tonight to order to go food and wouldn’t you know drunk guy and his friend where there again trying to start confrontation while the bartender again trying to escalate the situation and even better come to find out they are buddies. I will never support this establishment ever again. It used to be a family friendly place to get food and now it’s a place for thugs to hang out. Never again will I waste my time or money on such a poorly run establishment.
Made the mistake of going during the first OSU game. The food was tasty, nothing great but worth again. The waitress was the only one that I saw and seemed so overwhelmed with work I left a bigger tip than usual. For some reason they only had outdoor seating this day which was not what we wanted as it was an unusually hot day. Just overall was not impressed which is a shame as it was our first trip there. I would like to try again when they are open on the inside and maybe are more staffed.
Fun neighborhood bar with a large patio and an outdoor bar. The drinks were good, the bartender was friendly, and the pizza was surprisingly excellent.
First time going to Coaches; we went here after a memorial/charity golf event. The staff were very friendly and helpful, some of the best bartenders I've come across in quite some time. We sat out in the open bar area (outside'ish) and didn't go inside other than to use the restroom. The outdoor space is fantastic! We got pizza to go and it was really good, would come back here again if we lived closer.
Hung out on the patio as it was a nice weather evening. Ordered pizza, and it was ok. There was a dj playing, so we danced and had fun. It's a family-friendly bar, drinks are always as expected.
Only patio service. Too loud. Did not stay. It might be fine, but wasn't a place for me that night.
First time going here, I found it to be a great place to grab a few drinks with your friends and you don't have to compete having conversations over the music, to me that was a huge bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive of all their customers.
Place seems to be packed every time I go in, and they seem to be a little understaffed.sit at a table that had dishes from a previous customer, and even a signed bill.all those dishes and the signed bill stayed there the entire two hours we were there (somehow she didn't bother clearing off the table whatsoever) I don't know if the lady thought we were still the previous customers or if we were someone new because we had to get most of our things from the bartender.literally had to stand up and get my drink from the bartender and even order the pizza from the bartender.the atmosphere is fun if you're there to get drunk and stumble around.there was a DJ there on a Friday night that we were there and he was pretty good. One of the other main issues is that apparently after hours a lot of the bartenders like to snort dope and have a grand old party as if they're at home.
First time here and I found it to be a great place to grab a few drinks and hang out with your friends and you don't have to compete with the music player's volume. And the staff made me feel like I was part of the "gang"
The sandwiches were delicious pizza was ok
Service was not so great.we had a party of 18 and had to keep asking to get our water filled. Waited well over an hour for some subs. (We were the only people in the restaurant at the time)
