Cobblestone Court Apartments, Painesville OH

Absolutely ridiculous, they took weeks going back and forth with me about renting a unit. I gave this company a hold fee of a few hundred dollars. They did not give me an offer until over a week later and in that time I found another apartment. I requested to get the fee back and they will not give it back to me because it was over their "72 hour" rule to get the deposit back. The leasing manager immediately got defensive and was so rude. DO NOT recommend working with this company. "72 hour rule" but they took 9 DAYS to give him an offer. How does that work?

Rossi and the maintenance staff do a great job helping with repairs around my apartment. They are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Very pleased with the service I have received over the past 3 years.

Robert was prompt, professional and courteous. He took care of the reason for the call and also addressed 2 manners not mentioned in the work order. True gentleman. Amazing work Mr. Robert!

I have read through the reviews and while I cannot speak against direct things they had to say, my move in experience was stellar. Debbie not only fixed every issue I noted before we moved in, but was willing to take her time with is while we carefully reviewed the lease. My J2 apartment here is absolutely fantastic, and I could not be happier!

Ross from the Maintenance Team is great, anything we need fixed he takes care of and our dogs love him!

Ross is amazing! He is always so helpful and timely when fixing anything for me. He also goes above and beyond, making sure everything is done thoroughly. My dog absolutely loves him, too!

Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Debbie made my first apartment leasing experience easy and stress free. I’ve been here before to clean units after previous tenants have moved out and the units are kept clean and free of flaws and the maintenance team is responsive. Out of all of the apartments in the surrounding area, this is the nicest I have seen and you definitely get what you pay for. Pool area is very nice and clean, it has a dog park and playground which looks fairly new, you don’t have to worry about garbage day, there’s a community composter and you can drop off trash whenever you want. You have the gym at both the leasing office and across the street at the village you can access which is open and spacious. The community is very respectful and most tenants have pets, I have never felt unsafe here. Definitely one of the best apartments in the Painesville/Mentor area.

This place is over rated don't even clean side walks or fix thing I'm thankful I don't live here.

I can’t believe the incompetency of the staff here. When you move in, they are sweet as sugar but as soon as you live here they could not care less and have horrible attitudes, no matter how nicely you approach them. They all give conflicting information from each other and then if you try to tell them you were told something different prior, they tell you unless you have it in writing then it doesn’t matter what you were told. Debbie had the audacity to call me a liar by saying “I doubt that” when I explained to her what I was told when speaking to someone else in the office. The snow maintenance here is terrible, and these apartments are overpriced. I can’t wait to get out of here.

Nice clean friendly fast to fix the best place to call home all the people around are nice can't ask for anything better but a little less on the rent

Having moved roughly every 2 years for the last 10 due to work, I have lived in many different apartments. This was the worst of any. The staff is CLUELESS and lack any ounce of customer service. I called to question a late fee on my final invoice and was told “well you must have been late. ” Late for what? She had no answer. They do an awful job of communicating any requests and cannot keep track of paperwork. The unit itself had constant problems with mice, spiders, and other insect infestations which I filed maintenance requests for. They brought over mouse traps for me….

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The units look nice but are very cheaply made and the walls/ceiling are very thin. Definitely not worth the outrageous price of rent that they charge, let alone the price increase that they charge every year.in year's past the price increase was about $5 (ex starting rent $1250, next year $1255, $1265.etc) per year but last year was almost $60 increased and this year is $120 and the only explanation was "market rate and maintenance costs". Which speaking of their maintenance, whoever they used this year for snowplowing left 4 ft tall mounds literally right on the end of my sidewalk-luckily im younger and could climb over it but if i was older or disabled there would be no way for me to get to the parking lot from my unit- i actually called the office regarding this during normal work hours and instead of sending one of the 24/7 on-site maintenance guys to come and shovel it, it took 2 days for the snow plow company to correct it.that's the type of service your rent increase is paying for.my other issue, which as its been stated by other reviewers is the woman in the office debbie-she's extremely rude and unhelpful and i honestly dont know why they keep her.
