Cobblestone Grove Apartment Homes, Fairfield OH

Honestly the only thing I like about cobblestone apartments is that it’s more quiet on third floor compared where I used to live in Woodridge Apartments it was very loud being on second floor. Cobblestone staff have been really helpful getting the apartment and always friendly. But My first mistake was not getting a apartment tour here and just trusting them say they were good apartments but oh well it was my only option left. Dishwasher and some other things didn’t work. When you walk in the building there is trash everywhere like no body cleans. Smells like people smoke cigarettes and smoke weed inside. People complain of the noise in the morning in the reviews but got to understand this are apartments obviously your going to hear noise. I work day time I’m to busy and come home until night time. I’m up all night cooking and moving around. I sometimes don’t have time in the morning to do things. I have been a month here.and just up till now have arranged things in there place. I can hear noise from second floor anytime of the day but gotta understand this walls are thin. My room is by the stairs and I can hear people going up and down the stairs. That back exit door needs be fixed when closing it just slams and very loud. Another thing is there is cars with no windows or with flat tires. By the building I live there is a red car that has been there for weeks.but hasn’t been towed. Looks like that person went to crash it somewhere and just left it there in the corner. Parking lot is crazy sometimes can’t even find a spot at night. Last thing is Paying fees I just don’t understand why they charge.and looked like they doubled charge administration fee i don’t even know.
To be honest I’m going to be living here for only a year just not up to my expectations.

Since new ownership has taken over, this leasing staff does a great job accommodating my needs.

This place is horrible… please tell me how its a $50 application fee lol for what and then a $150 admin fee… so basically filin my application into a folder with my name on it cost me $200 nah im good… the apartments when trying to rent were dirty.and cheap carpet was nowhere near noce like explained overall horrible experience… PLEASE STAY AWAY

My ceiling has been raining for days because my upstairs neighbors water heater busted. My walls have bubbled paint and the carpet is starting to smell. Maintenance keeps saying they'll come out today but they never do. Also the office told me the wrong amount to pay and months later added new charges on my account for almost $1k. This was unexpected and I didn't have the money, and I almost got evicted. Despite it being their error, they refused to waive late fees. I've paid almost aGrand in late fees for their error. As many other reviews say, the apartment they have you tour looks nothing like the real apartments. Theyre poorly insulated, the AC and heat sucks, and they never clean the common areas.

I don't know if I just live in the worst building or what but, the noise from people playing loud music at night during the week, the trash being left in the hallway and I had a package stolen, the parking is soooo annoying and I've only been here a month. I cannot wait to get away from here.

Update:
Another package stolen! DJ on 1st floor blasting bass and technos until 1030pm. I hate it here!

They don’t hire African Americans they are racist very nasty over the phone just a horrible company.
