Would be five stars if I can get them to cook the pizza consistent every time. Overall pretty good and quick food if you're in a hurry in New Middletown

Everyone is super kind, my order is always right, great prices, very clean, Covid precautions are made throughout the store and ordering process! Best spinach and pepperoni rolls in town!: D

Most of the time they know me as soon as I walk in the door. There is no consistency. It really depends on who is working.

First off my order came to the house wrong but ok I'll deal with that then I find a long black human hair. I called and they kept ignoring the problem then they hung up on me

I went to pick up food for my immunosuppressed wife because she wanted to help out the employees who were to get all the profits from the day. When I got to the Poland, OH store, not one employee was wearing a mask. Some had them around their chins, but none covering their nose or mouth. I love their food, but in a county that ranks among the highest in the state for Covid deaths, I’m not willing to risk my life, and certainly not the life of my wife, especially to help people who clearly, by their actions, don’t care about us.

Bad pizza just a dough and bad service evev they didn't wearing mask for safety. Not recomanded

Horrible. The staff don't know what they r doing. It took 20 minutes for them to Sauce my chicken wings while they left my pizza on the shelf to get cold.

The "manager" in midsentence without saying a word hands the phone to a child who informed me sometimes your bank charges a fee, I needed to contact my bank. I informed said child that did not make sense, as this has NEVER happened before with the SAME card, and got a sarcastic snotty reply.
I sincerely feel like these CHILDREN should have adult supervision while running a resteraunt.
I have never heard a more SARCASTIC, and rude brat in all of my life. And this is customer service. Pizza was great though!

Ordered 2 pepperoni rolls. One was completely raw on 80% of the roll, other one was raw in the middle. The one roll was disgusting looking when we opened the box. Completely embarrassing that they even put that in the box and felt that was okay.

Best part of this was that when I picked my order up, the lady cooking was just told by the man running the register that a customer called in and said her pepperoni roll was undercooked so she had to make a new one. The lady cooking replies “I’ll just cook it black then. One black pepperoni roll coming up”. Not even worth calling in and having them cook me an edible pepperoni roll since the staff is apparently intentionally burning the corrected orders.

The people were really good and friendly it was a really good experience going to get a pizza oh and by the way the pizza was really good I really enjoyed the sauce on the pizza and the cheese was good I will be going back I want to try the wings on Monday night I think you people have a good thing going the things that really keep a business going is the attitude of the people that work there and most of all the food has to be good most places I go to I will never go back but I will be coming back to see you folks

Love their pepperoni rolls and pizza. Were super surprised how good the broccoli roll was. It's a must get!

They have the best fried dough with cinnamon sugar & very tasty Calamari, Pizzas are good too.

First time I ever ordered pizza from this amazing little pizzeria. Let's just say. I'm in LOVE! Highly recommend their pizza. Amazing load potato pizza. WOW! Will definitely go back!

Great the guy that was in the back handling the food was AWESOME! He was nice polite friendly everything you would like to have n in a person working for you!

Yummy pizza! I would recommend this shop over many of the other chain pizza stores because the pizza is so good and the staff are awesome. I know it can be a little scary to stray from what you know as far as chain pizza shops but, trust me, it is worth it for this shop to be an out-of-the-box try.

These guys and girls did a fantastic job on Valentine's Day. Crazy busy and workin hard, but keepin up wonderfully. Great job everyone! A+

Good pizza (but it's not New York lol). Friendly attentitive employees. When I walked in all eyes were on me and it was almost like they were all ready to drop whatever they were doing to serve me. Or maybe they thought I was really ugly and just wanted me outta there quick.idk lol.

Used to be a nice place to order pizza for large parties. Last few times quality has gone down. Most recent experience ordered 1 sheet and was told 50 min. Operator on phone took order with a ton of background noise, took the number and address down wrong after it was spelled out numerous times. 90 min later called to see where it was and they said they took the info down wrong so couldnt deliver. Also couldnt tell me if my next one would be rushed out or if I had to wait and/or if it would be a fresh one.so here we wait.again.

I ordered wings and a pepperoni roll, they forgot to make my pepperoni roll. So by the time I got home my wings were cold.
