Cocca's Pizza, Cortland OH

Wow! It's not that easy to find a good restaurant with good service these days. I am proud to say that my local Cocca's Pizza is truly awesome and amazing. And the staff and employees treat you like you are family. Keep up the good works Cocca's

Terrible service and food.

I asked server for an IPA and she said they only had Eliot Ness. That didn’t sound like a familiar IPA but just said I would take it. It was actually an amber ale. She was so curt I couldn’t even correct the mistake. It took 45 minutes for the reuben roll to be served which ended up being a complete dough like consistency. I ended up eating 1.5 pieces and left the rest due to how terrible it was and how much it made my stomach ache. It was a complete disappointment.

I wasn't feeling well and ordered for delivery. I guess I ordered at a busy time and didn't see any updates on the app so I got worried that my delivery may have gone to the wrong place. The customer service for the delivery app was phenomenal and let me know what was going on, the delivery driver was super sweet, and the food was phenomenal as always.

Absolutely horrible Customer Service! Order was placed for delivery tonight. Asked for 1/2 sheet of pizza. Half with extra cheese/half with green peppers, onions, bacon. Pizza arrived and whole pizza was green peppers, onion, bacon. We called to tell them the order was wrong. The lady on the phone said “you got what you paid for”. Instead of making the order right, you say “you get what you paid for? ” Wonderful coccas. Won’t get our business again.

Had the Supreme pizza with friends and a 2 liter of pop. Perfect meal. Great price. Great service.

Lately their food has been going downhill services terrible they need to get their act together one time the stuff was over cooked the other time it was when I didn't get all my order

Pizza was done just right! Crust wās cooked perfect.not over or under cooked. Sauce was not sweet, great taste and when you order peppers you actually get peppers, NOT 4 slices on your whole pizza like other places.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Donna is always the BEST waitress/bartender. Boy does that woman work wonders at every meal at Coccas! Always checking up on us and we are never dissatisfied. Food is always PERFECT and if ever something goes wrong, it is always made right. Always a good atmosphere and always the best staff who don’t get the credit they truly deserve.

They forgot my dipping sauces and I told them they didn't have to send someone back out with it was okay but they did anyway they've always did great for us

The food here is very good. Have not tried everything on the menu, but so far no disappointments. They also have a bar, so expect a crowd sometimes.

Ordered 2 sheets of pizza and a wrap and fries. They forgot a whole sheet of pizza. They weren't too concerned, and said we can cancel it or you can wait for one to be made. I said what about the other part of my order getting cold? They just looked at me. I cancelled the entire order. I reordered in Girard and it was fresh, ready, and hot in 20 minutes. Will go there from now on.

I placed an order and have my credit card info over the phone. Waited 60 minutes, which was 10 minutes past how long they said it would take. I called to see if it was almost ready and they said it must be out for delivery. So I continued to wait another 20 minutes and called again. Only to have them tell me my card was declined, which it wasn’t it was probably typed in incorrectly, so I asked them why wouldn’t anyone tell me this. They said they didn’t have my number which also seems weird considering every other time I call they read off my address and phone number. On top of that why wasn’t I told when I called back the first time. This has been our go to pizza place but the service has really declined. Very disappointed.

Their pizza is always amazing! And I love their pepperoni rolls. But last night we decided to get their chicken salads. Now this morning we are both sick with stomach problems. Some places just shouldn’t make salads. There was a lot of bad pieces of lettuce.

Hit or miss with this location. Ordered a pepperoni roll, a pizza and two cookies. They forgot the cookies and the pepperoni roll was undercooked and the marinara was super sweet and not good.

Ordered calamari.wedding soup and a pizza.well got the pizza and wedding soup.no calamari. The door dash guy said he asked them if that was everything.they said yes.seriously.poor help these days!

Everybody loved it for our 1year Olds party, unfortunately for the 2nd time asked for party cut got reg cut

Well we gave them another shot as they have been opened for over a year. Did they fix the issues with the pizzas being wet on the bottom? Of course not. Still a soggy greasy mess. We are going to stick with Brothers.

Update: 2 years later…ordered pizza and they were wet on the under carriages again. They still can’t fix the problem.
