A little expensive for what it is, but it’s still delicious and the place is pretty cool inside

Waited an hour for a bagel sandwich. Absolutely no communication on how long the wait was. Made me late to work.

Staff is always efficient & kind. The owners are so selfless & caring. Bagels are unique & delicious!

I’m editing my 2 year old review to reflect my continued love for this business. I love watching them grow! They make their own bagels which are delicious. They have a variety of customers & seem to reach each one perfectly. My first encounter with them was years ago when I was young & drunk outside of Around The Corner. They catered to that crowd effortlessly. Fast forward to their brick & mortar… it’s flawless & I swear the food keeps getting better.

The big thing though is the community outreach from the owners. I used to be a drunken 21 year old needing some substance in my stomach - now I’m a mother to a medically complex kiddo & Cocky’s is STILL catering to my needs. They deliver food through A Special Wish foundation when we are inpatient at the Cleveland Clinic & it’s really a huge treat for us.

Keep doing what you guys are doing. You all are amazing

I’ve been here a couple of times, and the food, drinks, and service have been fine. I had planned on returning in the future, but after seeing how the owner has responded to some less than 5-star reviews, I’ll make sure not to patronize this shop. It matters how you treat people, in person and online.

Adorable bagel shop with a fun vibe. The big daddy bagel sandwich was delicious! Love their special sauce. However, the bagels themselves are nothing to write home about.

I am confused as to why the owner spent so much money on the inside of their establishment. Patrons are punished for trying to enjoy the ambience. When ordering inside, customers must wait extended periods of time to simply get their order. Door dash and online orders are prioritized. Good luck getting in and out quickly! Food was good though.

Nice atmosphere but terrible bagels. Bought a half dozen and they were ice cold. Literally had to microwave a "fresh" bagel. Criminal.

Edit. 3 years later. Will not come back, customer service does not matter to the owners anymore. Without good customer service, a business will not thrive. My sandwich order was not right. I requested a replacement for another time as it was to go and I was at home. My messages (2 of them) were "read" on Facebook but I wasn't important enough to get a response back. I even called the store and the lady said she would reach out to the owners and it's just been crickets.

Really nice spot. I was impressed by the decor. Loved the layout and atmosphere of the restaurant. My husband and I had the wakin bacon bagel sandwich, which was really good. Going to try one of their lunch sandwiches next.

I'm a hometown girl visiting from Chicago for a family wedding. My husband and I ate here 4 days in a row! Natalia and Mack were amazing! Great way to start every morning?

Love this place, love the food, but not a cheap breakfast bagel. To me. Totally worth the price, however not possibly for everyone's budget. A must try on the area!

Got the Italian. It was very good. Also Jimmy lied to you guys about working at Arturo's still. He's just lazy and doesn't want to work weekends.

Everything is amazingly good! Fast service & friendly staff. Even Vegan choice. Breakfast or lunch.

LOVED everything about this place. So cute and welcoming. Very clean. We tried three different bagels. The cockys bagel was amazing but our favorite was the big daddy. PERFECT breakfast bagel. Customer service was amazing. They were very quick with our order. We drove all the way from Lorain and will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Love everything about this place! The bagels are light and flavorful, the sandwich as a whole was delicious, and the ambiance of the shop was such a great vibe.

I’ve come here lots over the past year or two, usually ordering online is better but it still can take a long time. The food is good but they recently got rid of the $5 plain meat egg cheese bagels so now a plain bacon egg and cheese bagel is 8.50 and that’s just a bit out of my price range personally so I won’t be coming as often but a good business overall!
