My left front coilover from 2 year old set of TruHart coilovers snapped on Tuesday and that’s when I decided to get a whole different brand after. After searching online for a short amount of time, I found the Megan Racing coilovers for my 2002 CRV and bought them at a discounted price on Coilover Depot’s site. They shipped them in 2 days to Massachusetts and I was able to get my car back on the road by Thursday night. I also bought coilover socks but they didn’t come with the order so I contacted support and they contacted me right away and gave me tracking for it since they were separate. I would buy again if I ever have to in the future.

Had a 2013 Malibu that I purchased coilovers for, but the vehicle was totaled before I could use the coilovers. I purchased a different vehicle and emailed customer service asking to swap the coilovers, since they had not been unboxed or installed. They went above and beyond to ensure my money was not lost by swapping out the coilovers to ones that would fit my replacement vehicle. Will forever be a returning customer and can’t recommend this company enough!

I enjoy being able to support local businesses but Coilover Depot ended up being an expensive waste of my time. The first issue I ran into was the misrepresentation of availability of product. I placed an order on their website & was contacted shortly thereafter saying what I wanted was not available. Why keep it on the website as if it is available? This forced me to spend more money on a similar set of coilovers. I did receive my order quickly but the BC Racing set I was forced to order for my Lexus LS460 was absolute garbage. The ride quality was horrible. Upon contacting Coilover Depot, I was told they would look into it & call me back. It is 3-years later & I'm still waiting on that call Coilover Depot. They don't have what you want & they don't stand by what they do have. They are just another online bottom-feeder looking to grab that first sale then leave you hanging. I'd keep shopping.

Coil over depot cancelled my order, not sure why, but they requested a photograph of my credit card and drivers license.
I suspect that this is a scam company

Ordered coil-overs from them 10 days ago, I hadn’t received my package, due to request of a signature. I haven’t been home due to working a lot. I had been calling them and emailing about my package. I didn’t know where it was. The customer service is definitely terrible. Don’t know any other way to get in contact with them. Only positive thing is I did receive my camber arms.

Update after I wrote the review they got in touch with me. I was told that the driver was gonna drop off my package, but I waited all day and never received anything. Contacted them again just for them to tell me that they are holding the package at a Dollar general for pick up. I went to Dollar general three times and they had never sent my package over, asked yet again just to be told that I had to go to the shipping center to pick up my package. Definitely not planning on receiving or shipping through FedEx going forth. Terrible service and long waits, just to receive my package not in ideal condition but definitely not worth the headache to swap out.

Worst customer service I've had. Guess I shoulda read these reviews. I've been asking for a tracking number for 4 days now. After reading the rest of these.im pretty sure I'm gunna have to order elsewhere.

This company holds our return request for over 4 days for just one item. We order thousands of merchants from hundreds of different website companies and this is the first and only company holds customer's return by saying "RETURN REVIEWING. " We sent a email to customer service for assist and still waiting.

The worst process ever! They ship your package with ups & REQUIRED A SIGNATURE! Cool that’s fine BUT THATS LITERALLY THE ONLY OPTION, no one is calling off for work to wait for an ups package! …even if u contact ups to pick the package up from a pickup location the shipper BLOCKS EVERYTHING! YOU HAVE TO SIGN FOR IT…you cannot change your address, pick up from an ups location NOTHING! THE SHIPPER NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS ITS SO INCONVENIENT! ATLEAST GIVE THE CUSTOMER A OPTION TO PICK THERE PACKAGE UP IF THEY CANNOT BE HOME! DO NOT ORDER HERE GO DIRECTLY THRU THE MANUFACTURER WHO CAN BETTER ACCOMMODATE ITS CUSTOMERS

Other reviews are half true, I got my coil overs very fast but one was the wrong size. Other reviews said it took forever for them to get their parts, but keep in mind, they’re working with the dealers so we can’t hate for it taking a little for them to coordinate. Overall I’m super stoked, didn’t have to send anything back and got my new baseplate within the next week. Thanks you guys

They were good about getting me the product. However it’s been a back and forth about the return of a defective item. I asked to return the bad toe link and they had a replacement sent out. Which I was very clear in wanting a return. Even chatted to a Chris about it. I even spoke to Godspeed and they said I could but will need to go through coiloverdepot as they have my money. Then I asked coiloverdepot who’s going to pay for the new alignment needed if I can’t return the toe link then I’ll have to keep the replacement and they told me to ask the manufacturer. I shouldn’t have to pay for a new alignment from a defective product. I did business with coiloverdepot not Godspeed the manufacturer. They seem to want to just pass the issue off to the manufacturer. Which it is the manufacturers fault however I bought the item from coiloverdepot and they don’t want to own the issue. I would be careful in doing business with them. Especially if there is an issue.
