These people are dedicated to you, your concerns, and your pet's health care! My cat got her spay incision infected and got a respiratory virus all at once, she was so very ill and breaking my heart. With their attentive professional help, this clinic gave my playfull kitten a fighting chance! She is perfectly back to normal now Thank You!

We had an emergency call for our dog last night. Coldspring was the only call that was answered. Dan was very nice right from the start and handed me over to Dr. Martin. After giving her all the details, she assured me that our fur baby would be ok. She is fine this morning, seems to be back to her old kooky self. Our clinic had closed, and with this type of concern and care, it looks like we have a new vet for our dog. I’m sure this review will become a five star.

I've been taking my animals to see their staff for a very long time. They are patient with me, flexible when money is tight and will always keep your animal's best interest a priority.

Thank God for this loving staff in our time of need! My 15 year old dog was bit by the neighbor's dog and we took him in with a punctured lung and broken ribs holding him in a bloody towel. He was suffering and in pain. The technician jumps up and runs to me comforting me as I'm bawling my eyes out. We were not previous customers here and no questions were asked. They handled everything with great care and compassion. Unfortunately, my dog had to be put down but they were so great with him wrapping him in a blanket making him comfortable until his last breath. Thank you to this wonderful staff and vet for making this horrible experience the best it could possibly be.

I had an emergency with my dog, and was not a client of this clinic. I reached out for help, and they found time in their busy schedule to help. They stayed after hours, when I'm sure they wanted to go home after a busy day.

More unbelievable, in the middle of the evening, I received a text telling me they found the cause of my pet's problem. It was hours after closing time. I asked how they solved it, and found that they had stayed late running tests! Outstanding

If you love your pet this is the place to choose! I had a dog a few years ago that had to be put down from old age. They showed her so much love. They turned a devastating thing into something manageable. This week, I had a dog diagnosed with Parvo. They literally spent so much resources on me and my dog. They treated him, loved on him, educated me. They made his life possible. I was terrified of losing my boy, I absolutely love this place. I love that they are honest, and I love that they fight for your pets. I kid you not this is the place to go. They will spend time with you and take all of your questions/worries into consideration. Thanks to them, my boy is strong and almost completely back to normal! Who can say that about a normal vet? They helped my baby survive Parvo! I am eternally grateful for them! They check up on him often! I love you guys! Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Cold Springs Animal Clinic! Helpful, nice & caring people. It 's not hard to tell they love caring for animals! They explain everything thoroughly & answer all your questions & concerns helping you make the right decisions for your pet.

My 12 yr old Schanuzer & my 18 yr old poodle mix died withing a few weeks of each other. Cold Springs animal clinic took care of everything for me. Dan and every one there were extremely kind & thoughtful throughout both dogs passing. Taz (Schnauzer) died of a blood clot in my kitchen.
Buster (poodle mix) put down to very bad stroke.
Both times the staff let me stay with my boys until I was able to let them go. Broke my heart
to say goodbye. Dan & staff took care of arraignment for cremation of them.
I can't thank Dan & the staff enough.

Dr. Martin, Dan and Britten and the rest of the staff saved our dog’s life. They provided outstanding service. They work long hours and pour themselves into their patients. Without them we wouldn’t have our Dashy. I highly you recommend you bring your fur babies here if you need any kind of vet services. Our family will forever be thankful for this staff.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent care that my cat, Elsa, received last week. She injured her foot, and had a wound that could not be closed. She had laser therapy every day. The Cold Sping team was awesome with the therapy and daily bandaging. Desi was so gentle and caring in handling Elsa. My parents started using Cold Sping in the early 70's. My mother is still a client. My adult children are now clients as well. Three generations, multiple cats and dogs, and not one bad experience.

I can't say enough about this vet. They helped me so much when another vet was pushing me to euthanize my cat for an obstruction in her intestine. I was frantically calling every vet in town get her into affordable, emergency surgery. They originally said they were completely booked, but the receptionist told Dan about my issues, he gave me a call that night and she was in the next day. The veterinarians determined that she did not need surgery and just another simple procedure. They worked with me and squeezed her in the schedule. Since then, they have been my go to for my pets and my family's pets. Prices are affordable. The entire staff are nice, caring and knowledgeable. I don't know if my cat would be here without them and I'm forever grateful for what the staff did to help us!

Dan was very condensing and kept saying to just bring the cat side when I had told them several times the cat was an inside cat. That with the remarks about not having a big dog creat for my cats and suggested I go buy one for a one time visit that will cost upwards of 700$. Just very unimpressed with the lack of ability to take the time and remember what was talked about.

They truly care, affordable, they call to check up on patients that are being treated by them.

Amazing! Words cannot express how amazing the Cold Spring Animal Clinic is, everyone there are kind, knowledgeable, caring etc. They treated us like we were family, and took the best care of my Tito that anybody has EVER done. They are super close to where I live now but if I ever move I would drive hours for an appointment there because I will never go to other veterinarian again, they have my business for life.

Doc martin was so amazing with my dog andre. She gave me recommendations for future visits.and made the whole experience super comfortable

Cold Spring saved my baby! It was obvious from the moment I called them that the animals are their priority. We went through a series of x-rays to confirm my pup swallowed a foreign object. She had to have surgery to remove the squeaker she swallowed WHOLE that was stuck in her intestines. They made sure I had all the right medications and even some food for her to eat while she healed. Just over a week later and she is doing GREAT! She's back to eating and playing as if nothing has happened. Her incision is healing beautifully. They even worked with me on the cost of all of it, which I imagined would be astronomical for a major surgery - but it's something we can afford to do.

Eternally grateful for this office and their love and compassion for animals. I'll never take my pets anywhere else again. Thank you so much for saving my sweet and spunky girl
