Worst trucking job this old man ever had. I'm traumatized by the hostile work enviroment. Amazed they have not been sued out of business. I quit withing 10 days or so just as soon as I could get back to the terminal.

I talked with several drivers that were there and still are because they have no choice. I have a choice and care about my reputation and driving skills. I don't need a second chance company with inexperienced load planners and dispatchers to say the least. Other drivers still there because they can't leave told me it's a pain every time a driver needs to go home even after weeks out. There are just so many negative characteristics it's hard to mention them all.

Get copies of everything you sign. Read what Bruce Painter stated, he is right on the money. Everything the dispatchers, micromanaging, and the equipment.

If you move on before 120 days they charge everything back to you the driver that they GAVE you to get there or in orientation.

Same owners just different name on the door, they use to be specialize Express, Marcie is a nice lady Doug is ok, this is a long haul company and not for those that have a wife and children, you will be on the road a lot, 3 weeks on and 2 days off. Off time is not much for all the hours and days and weeks on the road. I have been driving for almost 30 years and trust me you make more money driving short haul as you don't have all the expenses and such, and your health will be much better if your short haul, one thing to remember men and woman the company will only be good to you as long as your in that seat.

Update safety manager called me back took my statement, gave email so we could send in our dash camera footage. Very professional about the whole situation.and safety stated that the driver will be handled and said this kind of situation will never happen again. Thank you to the Safety guys at Coldliner for taking this situation seriously and making the roads safer.

Was pulling out of a loves in Troy Texas could not see around the other trucks we proceed to pull out very slowly and with caution driver in truck 1499 blew his Air horn, flipping us off, then after the turn was complete he was driving in the opposite lane for on coming traffic almost hit our semi truck while passing us still flipping us off and yelling at the window. Very dangerous driver.made right habd turn from non turn lane while we were trying to make the turn as well.caused my husband to have to lock his breaks up breaks. Very dangerous and reckless.he's the definition of road rage.

I have been waiting to write a review to see what it’s about here! And let me tell ya, I have had a great experience! They have catered to my needs and everyone of them. Yes if you have hours and good recaps coming you will run! (I don’t know why everyone wants to sit around for 34 hrs anyways) they pay very well compared to most others in this Same freight market. I have felt like family since I got here. If you’re at the yard during the week they buy your lunch. I have not had one issue with anything being fixed when it’s needed. It’s very simple to be successful here and make good money. 1. Don’t be a problem, do your job safely and don’t expect your hand to be held.
2. If you have hours run. If your recap is good run I have been out for almost 5 weeks now running good miles and have yet needed a 34.
And number 3.don’t act like your gods gift to trucking you are not entitled to anything other than what you earn and put in the work to earn. If you are a pre Madonna truck driver you will have a bad experience here and everywhere else that is not swift JB hunt or Werner! Yes you are on the road minimum 3 weeks this is a otr company you will be over the road! If you do not want that type of route find a local gig! But if your a safe courteous driver with common sense and a good work ethic and you DO NOT NEED TO BE BABY SAT you will have an awesome experience and make good money!

So far I am impressed with the way Marci has communicated with me.
That is generally an indication of how things should go with a company.

Been here since March 3rd and never been lied to about anything! Keep you rolling long miles, get your truck fixed when needed, everybody treats you like family. Y’all even love pets so much like my Lila, whom at orientation made rounds in the office greeting everyone. Anyone that is unhappy here will no doubt be unhappy anywhere they are employed! Do your job, safely and on time, turn in paperwork as soon as you can. Keep up the great teamwork we have here everyone!

Great place to work! As long as you do, your job be on time Get your paperwork sitting on time they leave you alone! Great Pay and benefits! I highly recommend working for them!

This is the best company I have ever been blessed to work for. Their caring and commitment to their drivers, their attention to details for our customers satisfaction, their drive for on time and safe deliveries just makes them a one of a kind of trucking company. From the President down, all leadership is friendly, accessible, helpful and on our side. Everyone uses first names when addressing each other. It truly is like a big family. I’m yet to meet a fellow driver with anything poor to speak of them. I love Coldliner Express, it’s values, business model, and mode of operation. We are customer focused and pro employee. The two can coexist. It’s a great company to work for and our customers say it’s equally a pleasure working with us. It truly is an amazing organization all the way around.

Worked for them twice last time I screwed up. They treat ya like family and just like family you have some problems. I still talk to one of the owners to this day I do regret what happened but can't change any of that sadly. I can say I will never put down coldliner express. Marci had gone above and beyond to help when me and siren came back and even after I left she did what no other company owner that you became friends with would do to prevent a man from loosing his dogs. Wish I could go back and redo it but sadly I can't. But I am forever thankful for marci hell coldliner in general.
