If I could give a zero star review for the service department, as well as the finance department I would.
1st, I recently purchased a brand new, (showroom) 2023 TrailblazerRS. Upon test driving the vehicle and committing to purchasing it, I was offered a surface protection application ($699.00) from the finance person; Dana. I told her that I wanted to research this product before I made a decision about it, and that IF I decided to purchase it, I would pay cash because I did not want to finance it. Several days later I go to sign all of the paperwork and picked up my new vehicle, Dana was going over all of the finance charges, low and behold the surface protection was applied and added to my finance charges. Dana's response was, "OH, I'm sorry, I thought you said you wanted it, I had them apply it already! " So now I am stuck with this, AND I have to finance it!
2nd: Very quickly, after purchasing, I discovered there were some issues with Infotainment Center. I scheduled an appointment to have it corrected. The service tech found the system needed replaced. Everything had been a great experience thus far. When I returned for my scheduled repair/replacement, the technician damaged the dash, the leather trim, as well as the trim around the radio, a/c controls, etc. I was told by the service manager that everything went well, the new system was properly working however there was a "small, minor issue. " She told me that there was a "small scratch" on the trim that the technician accidentally did, but"not to worry, they will replace it with no charge to me. " When I got into the vehicle and saw the DAMAGE, I had the service manager come out and look at it, I asked where the "small scratch" was compared to all the damage that I see! She saw EVERYTHING that was damaged and said she would order the new trim, but "it's on backorder. " I drove straight to Cole Valley Cadillac and had them look over everything at which point they informed me that I would need a complete dashboard replacement!
The disregard that I felt from this dealership about both issues really bothers me! I could have gone to ANY Chevy dealership but chose Cole Valley Chevrolet. I will say the salesman; Roger Humenik, was great! He made my decision to purchase a brand new vehicle an easy, pleasant experience!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am already referring people to Cole Valley because it is worth the drive!
Tyler was warm, accommodating, and patient. He checked in with me multiple times before and after I purchased my 2017 Lincoln MKC.
The finance manager explained everything clearly and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to. She answered all my questions and STILL got me in and in out in about 2 hrs.
Hands down.the best out here in my opinion.

One of the best experiences I've had buying a new vehicle. I've never been in and out faster. Exceptional customer service and everyone communicated with me as if I were family. Very very satisfied!
