I was just looking for a trailer to buy but it was very clean and then the people seem to like they were good people
Nice little Mobile home park. It's so hidden at night, I was in the wrong Park for 1/2 hour, before I realized it.
I lived here for 3 years and never had any major issues. Mostly calm and quiet. Would recommend to anyone!
Coleman Village is a nice place to live they run background checks so not just anyone can move in the park. Al, the manager, is a great guy he takes care of the park and is always posting reminders, to get ready for winter, or any other issues that need to be addressed, for example, keeping your grass cut and keeping your own yard clean. He is always willing to help you out as long as you don't try to take advantage of the situation. Its pretty simple, follow the rules and you should not have any issues living here.
We have lived here four years and have NEVER had an issue, Al has been more than helpful with anything we have needed, he has even gone out of his way to make sure everyone in the park is taken care of. Al gives everyone an equal chance to get fixed or clean up things around our homes, if after asking more then he should have to he is left with having to make decisions that he doesn’t like making. As long as your not bothering your neighbors or speeding through the park there is no reason for negativity from Al. The park has a lot of elderly and Al is very partial to making sure they are ok as with the children. We have had an amazing experience living here and have met forever friends! The park is also very well kept, all year round you can see Al helping cut grass, racking leaves and shoveling he really is a one in a million! If at any point you have a run in with Al it most likely is because YOUR not doing something he has asked of you!
